I usually enjoy the milkshakes from this five guys location but this was the worst milkshake I think I’ve ever purchased. Watery in consistency (not thick and creamy) and not very cold. I ordered a milkshake with the following flavors : Vanilla, Coffee and Oreo cookies. The milkshake made was bitter and didn’t taste like any vanilla was added in. I cannot recommend against ordering this milkshake combo from this five guys location any more strongly. Just awful. I should have asked the five guys employee who made the milkshake to please refund me or to make it again because it was just so awful. I was in a rush and had to return back to work across the parking lot so didn’t want to bother asking for a new made milkshake.

Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!
The bacon cheeseburger’s bacon was as good as bacon I can ever remember having, crispy, flavorful, abundant. The burger itself was smoking hot with lots of fresh vegetables that I customized with. The vanilla shake was the way it’s supposed to be, and at a very fair price. Thick with real ice cream.
When I was about to leave I turned back around from the door and went back to thank the staff by the grill and told them how incredible that bacon was.
Close by there was a customer waiting for his burger. I asked him, “did if he order the bacon,” he nodded yes…, I told him he’s going to love it.

Tasty tasty fries. Oh yea FREE peanuts. It’s a clean and cool spot. The food did not disappoint. I didn’t really try out the burgers and other stuff but the staff were friendly and cool. They were helpful in getting my meal.
The location had a lot of history and photos on the walls. While waiting for my food there was a lot of history behind the brand and its objectives in the world.
I recommend trying it out.

We decided to stop by at the last minute, and although it’s kind of expensive it’s totally worth it!! even though the order doesn’t come with fries u get to customize your burger with alot of toppings for no additional costs. The burgers and fries are pretty good. And something that I need to mention is that u get to have free peanuts while u wait for your order, and that’s pretty cool and original. And what can I say about the customer service, it was exceptional.

For some reason I thought Five Guys was very similar to McDonalds and refused to give them a try for SO LONG.. but I was pleasantly surprised and loved my order
The bacon cheeseburgers were on point: perfect patties, onions perfectly grilled, perfect amount of all added toppings, size was P E R F E C T – the fries were very good, maybe less salt but other than that – really good.
Its a very basic menu – I was surprised I did not find any chicken options, but Id definitely love to go back

The minute i stepped into this location, Justin, the cashier at the time was so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. People like that are so appreciated because they can make or break an experience and he made it 10x better. Now to the food – the bacon cheeseburger was juicy, flavorful and exactly what I asked for. My overall experience was a 10/10. Keep it up guys!!! <3

Let me preface this by saying: I love Five Guys. The burgers? Amazing. The fries? Legendary. But the service at Five Guys 808 Pelham Pkwy? Whew… let’s talk about that.
I had someone pick up an order for me, and while they were there, they decided to get something for themselves too. Totally normal, right? Apparently not. While they were looking at the menu, a worker named Kyla asked, “Do you want to order?” They responded, “One moment,” but that wasn’t enough for Kyla. She asked again. And again. And again. Like she was stuck on repeat.
When she didn’t get an instant response, she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and walked off. Not quietly either she went straight to the back, giggling with her coworkers like it was a sleepover, not a place of business.
Now look, we all have off days. But this wasn’t “oops, I’m tired” energy. This was “I don’t want to be here and I’m going to make sure you know it” energy. And here’s the wild part the manager himself gave out a number to report her, saying he’s trying to get her out of there because of that exact attitude. When your manager is actively trying to get rid of you, maybe it’s time to reflect.
The food, as always, was great. But the service? Left a bad taste. I came for burgers, not attitude with a side of eye rolls. Please get it together, Five Guys. Some of us just want fries without the drama.

Not worth the money $55 for 4 burgers, 2 small fries and 3 drinks, I’ve been to handful of five guy’s I like the quality of their burgers but not from this location burgers were too greasy and had no flavor even my 4 year old refused to finish his burger. I could’ve gone to Wendy’s which is no further than 10 mins away and had a better burger for a fraction of the price.
