Carter Bar and Grill is located within Carter Plantation in Springfield, Louisiana, and is the perfect place to grab a beer after a round of golf, grab dinner with your friends, or host your next business luncheon. We are six days a week, all except Tuesday. The bar opens at 7:30 am and has grab-and-go sandwiches, breakfast items, snacks, and drinks. The kitchen opens with our full menu at 11 am. We feature live music every Thursday night from 6-8:30 pm.

The food was perfectly adequate for the price, but would have been well served by using less salt. The steak was definitely overcooked. Waitstaff were extremely polite and helped out right away with any issues, though.
