The food was good, comfortable food for some. Steaks are sometimes inconsistent. We ordered same steak one was good, one had a lot of bristle. The service is always wonderful. But I must comment on the bathroom, something most of us see…disgusting. But we will enjoy the food, so we will be back.

So good I had to come back. I have never been to a Texas Roadhouse so what a nice surprise to eat here and everything was great. The bar staff have been very attentive and friendly both days I ate here. The food. I ordered a sirloin shrimp combo with 2 sides. Amazing. I am not a big shrimp eater but I had to order this same order again before heading back to Maryland. Great service. Great staff. Great food.

How can you allow this to be served? And why would a manager go to a table and see there is a dried out half an inch filet that was cooked with weights on top it until was dried out and as thin as a burger, and feel its acceptable to charge for that. She offered another. I said no thank you. She never came back. I took one bite, and requested a box. As i left, i spoke with manager again. Her responce to the whole situation was sorry, i offered another. Im a manager as well, and all i can say is WoW! Needless to say i will never visit this location again. And the server was as about as bad as the steak. Took order dropped food and never came back. Thanks Texas Roadhouse!! By the way, i never requested a manager. I was just going to pay for it and chalk it up as a loss. Manager must of seen me taking a picture of steak for it was right after she approached and made the choice to allow that steak to be served and paid for. And don’t ask, can i remake that for you. Insist that it be remade. And insist that no one is allowed sell that. All it takes is one cook who doesn’t care to make manager and whole store look bad.

Good food, good service. Chicken and steak dishes are done to your choice. Sides are awesome too. However, I didn’t like the fact the there is an up charge for loaded baked potatoes and mash potato. At least it should have been told while taking the order. In fact, we didn’t ask for the sides to be ‘loaded’ and there was nothing extra in it. Oh well, we learned our lesson.

I had to come and give a shout out to Cam! Thank you again for going above and beyond to make my son’s birthday dinner amazing yesterday! He was on top of everything all night (having multiple 9 tops)! He just happened to be dressed as Jack Skellington – which is my son’s favorite, making the night even more magical for him. He let him get pictures with him, and even gave him $7 as a birthday gift for turning 7. I have been going here for years & last night was the best visit by far. Cam is the real MVP, that guy deserves a raise! Will definitely be requesting him in the future!

I never leave reviews or give credit where credit is due but our experience tonight was phenomenal and had to share! Everything was absolutely perfect! A super busy Friday night on Valentines, The food, service, and atmosphere were superb! We got our food very quick, the steaks were cooked just right, our waitress, can’t remember her name sadly (dark shorter hair with a headband) but she stayed checking on us and didn’t make it feel awkward. She was so nice and down to earth it was like we knew her. 11/10!!

I will tell you this – I don’t eat at a lot of chain restaurants but if I do… This is the one I choose! Tanner is the best bartender in Macon! He always makes sure we’re taken care of! The food is amazing, the service is fantastic and all the managers are top-tier. You will have a great experience here! We come back again and again because it is a wonderful time!

I don’t usually leave reviews unless I receive really poor customer service, and unfortunately this time I was that customer.
To start, our waitress was great—very friendly, attentive, and did a good job. No issues with her at all.
The problem was with the manager, Haley. I ordered a ribeye steak medium rare, and it came out extremely rare—so rare that even I was surprised, and I normally like my steak on the rare side. I sent it back, which wasn’t an issue, but it took quite a while to return. By the time it came back, the rest of my family had already finished eating.
When Haley brought the steak out, I explained that since we were just passing through after a family vacation and everyone was already done, I didn’t want it anymore if I still had to pay for it. Her response was rude and unprofessional. She said, “If you’re not paying for it, then you’re not taking any food home,” with no attempt to fix the situation—no apology, no offer to make things right, nothing you’d expect from a manager at a large chain like Texas Roadhouse.
Overall, it was very disappointing. Good service from our waitress, but the manager’s attitude and lack of customer service ruined the experience. The fact that I’m taking time out of my day to write this review should say enough.
