Cracker Barrel absolutely delivered a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was reminded why this place is such a classic. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and welcoming, with that cozy, old-country charm that makes you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, take your time, and truly enjoy a meal without feeling rushed.
The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Cracker Barrel never disappoints when it comes to classic comfort food, and this visit was no exception. The portion sizes were especially impressive — generous servings that easily leave you satisfied (and possibly with leftovers). You definitely get great value for your money here, and it’s perfect whether you’re coming in hungry for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
What truly made this visit exceptional, though, was the service. Lydia was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire meal. She made sure drinks were always full, checked in at just the right times, and had such a positive attitude that it really elevated the whole experience. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing great service.
Between the delicious food, hearty portions, relaxing atmosphere, and Lydia’s outstanding service, this was a five-star experience all around. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be lucky enough to have Lydia as my server again!

Cracker Barrel is always a dependable option when you can’t decide what you’re craving, thanks to a menu with something for everyone. Our waitress provided great service, and everything we ordered was tasty and fairly priced. While I’m sad to see the tater tots discontinued, this location still offers a consistently great dine-in experience

I ordered food to-go from this location. My husband has been in the hospital and has had not a great appetite. He wanted a hamburger steak! Awesome! I will get it from CB. He also wanted 4 sides – 1 of which was Cole slaw. The lady who brought me the food was awesome and went back in to get A-1 sauce. I got to the hospital excited to let my husband have the meal that had actually peaked to his hunger. I opened the plate. The hamburger steak looked like it had been cooked and reheated, and it tasted just as nasty as that. It has zero seasoning and was so dry it barely wanted to cut. Thank goodness for the A-1 sauce because without it – puke. Then the coleslaw. I personally do not like coleslaw, so I didn’t know what to expect. The first bite of it I fed my husband he nearly vomited. It was soured. I felt terrible. Here I was thinking, Yay! My husband has his appetite to what the hell did I get him, food poisoning in a plastic plate?!?! Of course we are at the hospital, I stay with my husband because well I dont want to leave him. Praying it truly is not food poisoning in a box because honestly, he could not physically handle that. Just do better. That is just terrible.

Miracle was an excellent server! We noticed Miracle helping other servers deleting food for large parties. We had a chicken finger meal and the cinnamon French toast. Everything was delicious! We were just passing through on I~75. We were taken back that this Cracker Barrel sold the typical drinks like soda, lemonade, milk, and water and even sold beer, wine, and a few drinks.

This was my first time at Cracker Barrel and my boyfriend’s first time for dinner there. The store was very cute, I got a Marine Corps mug and a little truck salt Shaker. The cashier was very nice. The hostess seemed a bit closed in and stand offish thankfully our server, Audrey (for whom I am writing this review) did not carry the same tone as the hostess. Audrey was welcoming, warm, and friendly. She even shared her and my boyfriend have the same birthday! Her service was impeccable. She checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed and had a warm smile each time we saw her. What’s more, is the wait time. We waited almost an hour (40 ish minutes) for our food to come out from the time we placed the order. During that time Audrey offered us different options, more drinks, and continued to give us update about our wait time. We had finally concluded that if our food wasn’t going to come out in the next 5 minutes we were going to leave. However, it finally arrived as we had made up our minds. Another thing Audrey did was made sure that our dessert was on the house. She also provided excellent service in making sure I got my veteran discount. After going back and forth from our table to the back to speak with the GM, she explained to me that because it was the first time I signed up for the rewards, thag Cracker Barrel’s website would not link my ID.me account for 24 hours, but that they would still allow me the discount since I had my ID. As the manger came out and brought our dessert and updated check she explained she took an extra ten dollars off for the trouble. With all of this said, if it wasn’t for Audrey’s remarkable service as well as her manager, we would not be coming back. So thank you to them both!

My wife and I where totally disappointed with this store. As someone who enjoys this restaurant chain, this store was a disgrace. First off I we had to order something out of memory because they didn’t have it on the menu! I had the hamburger steak. With gravy that I had to ask for the gravy after the fact my plate was brought out. The portion were kids portion as you can see in my picture. My wife ordered roast beef dinner with sour dough bread , gravy and mashed potatoes, and got pot roast without the vegetables. We wasn’t even given a breakfast menu. And biscuits and cornbread muffins have always been complimentary, we had to ask for those. I was very disappointed. We will not be stopping there anymore. One last thing. OUIT CHANGING THE MENU!!! You’re taking off everything that make the Cracker Barrel a great place to eat. Sure add to it but leave the whats there, there. This menu we saw felt more like a fast food menu. Like said earlier we had to order food from memory because it wasn’t on the menu! Y’all should take note to what happened to changing the sign, and quit changing the menu!

I have eaten at this restaurant and location from time to time over the past 20 years or so. My server whom was Glinda is one of the best servers around. She is prompt, polite, and professional! The food was what is to be expected from Cracker Barrel and the Mommy’s Pancake Breakfast is what I almost always get. It’s so filling and yummy!

We have been to this Cracker Barrel many times, the past two times we have had the pleasure of having Kanisha as our server. We are a big party and my children tend to ask for a lot. Kanisha is the perfect blend of just enough attention and patience. She is on top of drinks, any sauces asked for, and just has a wonderful demeanor. We will ask for her from now on.

Very prompt, and courteous service. Food was delicious and portions were very reasonable. I had pot roast and thought it was perfect. Pricing was also good. The little gift shop had lots to look through. I managed to not buy anything thankfully but it was hard! My side salad seemed small for the price, but it was actually filling with the meal.

Great waitress, great food! Our bacon was burned but the waitress happily exchanged it for some fresh bacon. Everything was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, at the checkout counter a manager made everyone change the checkout line (from register filtering into store) to wrap around from regsiter, passed the hostess stand, and onto restaurant. I told the manager that didn’t make sense and it wasn’t nice to stand right next to someone’s table (probably not nice for them either) instead of standing in their beautiful store where shopping was enjoyed. He responded that if we formed a line into the store we’d be in the way of shopping customers. Well, we ended up being in the way of everyone entering/exiting the restaurant as well as the waiters carrying hot food.
Everything else was lovely and delicious. I think just a little more thought should go into asking everyone checking out to change directions.
