Ever since the new owners took over, this location has been absolutely horrible. The owners, and employees are extremely unfriendly, and anytime I’ve picked up or placed an order inside the store they act like they’re irritated that I’m even in there. They’ve never said a kind word once, and have never shown any kind of gratitude for purchasing anything. A simple “thank you”, or “have a nice day” should be a standard line to say to YOUR paying customers.
I’d also like to add, they always put the bare minimum of any meats or vegetables on their subs. Last night, my wife ordered extra pickles, and she got literally 5 pickles on her footlong sub. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and I paid the extra $3.49 for “double meat”, and I legitimately got less than what a standard sub comes with.
To top it off they don’t honor the majority of Subways promotions or deals. I am not sure how this owner is still able to keep this business open, given how unwelcome they make everyone feel, and with how blatantly cheap they are.
I live less than a mile from this location, and I can guarantee you I will never go back. Our family loves Subway, and I have no problem driving to the location up at 30 mile instead of giving inconsiderate people like this our business.
I truly hope anyone who reads this will take my advice and go elsewhere. Plenty of sub shops in the area where you won’t be treated like crap, and the one at 30 mile is FAAAAAAR more friendly.

employees made my food wrong and when confronted they became very hostile and rude. did not let me know they were out of one of the breads, and made me seem like the problem for them not asking what i wanted to substitute instead. i paid for extras on my sandwich and was not given them. (extra cheese, SLICED avocado) heard bad things about this location with the customer service here, not suprised..
TRIED to call the store before even placing an order to make sure they had the flatbread and they did not answer the three times i called. fix ur app and ur attitude!

Terrible experience, the guy they had working tonight 10/31 at 11:30pm, disgusting. First of all you have hair and a beard, no net nothing. Then you have the wearing gloves, but touching your hair and beard while making other people’s food. And his pants were so saggy his butt crack is showing. I wouldn’t have taken the food if I didn’t order online. But waited a good 20 minutes for an order I placed 15 minutes before getting to the store. And to the surprise, hair in the food. Please hire better people, he looked like he was complaining about every customers order, if you don’t know the job, 1. You need training, & 2. Why is the manager allowing someone who doesn’t know the job to work a night shift by himself???? Also, I asked him to change gloves because he keeps touching everything, and he rolled his eyes. So unsanitary, never coming back here.

I’m only giving this Subway five stars because of the elderly woman working today — by herself — on Christmas. She handled over 20 DoorDash orders alone and still managed to be patient, professional, and genuinely kind to every customer. That level of work ethic and grace deserves real recognition.
That said, the owner/management of this location should be ashamed. Leaving any employee alone on Christmas with that volume of orders is unacceptable — and especially troubling when it’s an elderly employee. Yes, I understand that age doesn’t change the fact that she’s an employee, but basic human decency and proper staffing still matter. No one should be expected to run an entire store solo under those conditions.
I’m incredibly proud of how she handled everything, but pride doesn’t replace support. She deserves a raise, help on her shifts, and appreciation beyond words. This review is for her, not the way this store is being managed.

This location is pretty bad. But today was the worst…they are super slow here and usually only have one person working. My bread was super undercooked, never seen that at a subway before, it had the texture of a sponge. And no browning or firmness to it, the lettuce and spinach trays had ice around the edges of it, making both mushy and yellow in texture, like when you leave lettuce in your fridge for too long. Don’t they use fresh veggies every day? And if not you should properly store your food so it doesn’t spoil. Bugs flying all around the pop machine, I tried to swat them away to fill my pop, when I looked down 2 dead bugs where in my sprite, completely lost my appetite. Aldo my same exact order is $10 at the 15 and schonner location and it’s $13 here? Why is it $3 for 2 miles away for the same stuff?? With way worse quality and service
Never again…

I went here once about two years ago, and the experience really stuck with me, but not in a good way. We waited in the drive-thru for about 5-10 minutes before an employee came outside, approached our car, and yelled at us, saying the drive-thru was closed because he was the only one on shift. I’m not sure if this location is overworking their staff, but that experience definitely made me not want to come back. I’ve never been yelled at like that just for waiting in line. I’d recommend going to the location on Mound across from Jimmy John’s instead, it’s cheaper, and the staff there are much more pleasant.

One of the most disappointing visits to Subway I’ve ever had. The two employees working during my visit carried noticeable attitudes, making a simple order feel unpleasant.
I politely asked for my chicken to be placed on one side of the bread. Instead of honoring the request, one of the employees repeatedly called me “cheap.” I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in a customer service role.
Subway is a billion-dollar brand, but experiences like this show how quickly goodwill can be lost. Respect and kindness cost nothing, yet the absence of both is enough to drive customers away.
I wish the staff the best personally, but if this store continues with this behavior, it will lose loyal customers very quickly.

By far the best subway. I love the herb and cheese bread. This location has the best bread out of any location I’ve been to. Topped heavy with herbs and cheese. I wish all the locations made the bread the same.

This place treats their customers and employees AWULLY. I’ve been here multiple times where the female workers, though i don’t know their names, were outright rude to me and sat doing nothing while I was waiting to order. Genuinely the single worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating; if it was an option I wouldn’t even give it one star. To any potential customers reading this- please do yourself a favor and drive a mile or two further down the road to a different subway. This one doesn’t deserve any business until they fix their service and attitudes.
