The person on register today at 12:35 was terrible terrible rude. I only wanted a bag of chips and I did jump ahead but the person I jumped in front of was still having his sandwich made. Why should ANY customer have to wait when only buying a bag of chips or a drink and the register was available. She literally back talked me in front of customers calling me rude when I wasn’t rude. I was just being logical. I see why this place has 3 stars. Good luck to future chip only buyers!

Absolutely worse service ever, I received my sandwich with a long dark piece of hair in it ♀️…absolutely disgusting and the workers just sit there on there phones. Everytime I go the girls don’t have their hair up. Unsanitary and unprofessional. Please teach your employees how to be professional.

I walked in twenty minutes before close and was told “sorry we’re closed” by a very young individual that was on his phone. I understand it’s close to closing, but your close time is 8pm and not 7:40pm. It would have taken you five minutes to make two subs I was planning on ordering.

I made an online order Sunday evening, evidently they were closed. So even though the website charged me, we got no food. My husband was told the charge would be voided in the morning but I got no confirmation of that. I have tried to get confirmation of something being done to get my money back everyday this week, but there never seems to be anyone in charge, that can help me. It’s been 5 days and still nothing. No refund showing and no contact, even though my number has been taken twice for me to get a call back. Very frustrating.

The service is subpar and the kid that is making the sandwiches makes it clear that he would rather be anywhere else than making sandwiches. Every time he’s made my food, it’s been so sloppy and just slapped together, that it’s almost impossible to eat by hand. That’s kind of the point of a sandwich, am I right? All it takes is a little bit of effort and thoughtfulness. I’m sure when he makes himself a sandwich everything at least is inside the bread. Just saying.

I have made two stops to this Subway in the past two weeks given its great location inside the gas station. However I will not return, having waited both times for employee’s to even come to the front of the store (outback or in the storage room) was frustrating but then having them not know hot to even operate the equipment to toast a sub and be given an under cooked sub twice in two visits was the final straw. Will just go to the Belgrade location moving forward, its a shame given its great location and convenience but I hope their management can take a hard look at their operations.

This is the 4th time now that I ordered sandwiches and had something wrong. I couldn’t believe the amount of black pepper. If I lived 2000 years ago. I could’ve single handedly controlled the spice trade in southern India. The sandwich had enough pepper on it to gag Rambo.
