Stopped by this location christmas eve morning. It was right in the middle of the storm. Locations wasnt very busy, service was pretty quick and food taste better than expected. Chicken nuggets weren’t over fried or old tasting like most locations do now a days. Chicken nuggets taste like real Chicken, the whoppers weren’t cold and the tater tots weren’t old. Honestly the best food my family has had from a burger kind in a few years now. Thank you to the gentleman that was there that morning, he was really kind and he offered coupons.

Would give a 0 rating if possible. They didn’t have my food items, did not get a refund. The manager told me that they couldn’t give me a refund that I had to reach out to customer service. Not a surprise that their customer service team also sucks as it is non existent (they handle everything via an automated system). Did not get a response, did not get my food or refund back at all. They literally stole my money.

Decent burgers. Very innovative! They make these things in a way that nobody would ever expect: they put meat, lettuce, pickle, tomato, and some other little accents in a sesame seed bun, which is revolutionary! Amazing.

Super disappointed. $13 for cold soggy fries, a drink that wasn’t filled all the way, and I said “off the broiler” maybe 6 times and asked again face to face. My fault for not checking the bag before I go. It’s okay I’ll take the L, but I won’t be going back.

Got half way home with my order when I had to turn around and go back for my hash brown bites, which I’d requested cooked well done. Used CC to pay, didn’t get receipt so couldn’t look to see if I’d been charged for hashbrowns or not, logged onto my card account to see what they charged me, so I could do the math. Upon my return whatta ya think the first thing they asked was.. “Can I see your receipt?” Cut to the chase, got the hash browns, knew better than to request well done again, n what’d I get? Mildly warm n mushy has brown bites.
