Visited this cozy Korean spot in Chicago with a friend while we were craving authentic Korean food. We arrived around noon and surprisingly had the place to ourselves, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing, with soft music playing in the background. My friend ordered the beef bulgogi while I went for the galbi soup—both were absolutely delicious and tasted so authentic that I still find myself thinking about it today. No Korean spot where I live even comes close to matching it!
The sweet lady who served us went above and beyond, even making a special dipping sauce for our chicken wings that came plain (not pictured). Service was quick and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Such a gem! I only wish I lived in Chicago so I could come here more often. Without a doubt, I’ll be back whenever I visit!

If you’re a late-night foodie, this Korean BBQ place is a hidden gem you shouldn’t miss. Designed with a nostalgic old-Korea vibe, the restaurant offers a limited but well-curated menu that truly hits the spot. One of the highlights is the all-you-can-eat option—perfect for those who love to indulge. It’s been around for years, and you can feel the experience in both the flavors and the service. The staff are genuinely attentive, frequently checking in to make sure everything is just right. Whether you’re looking to satisfy a midnight craving or enjoy a hearty Korean BBQ experience, this spot won’t disappoint.

had an unlimited meat buffet dinner. Starting with chadolbaegi, I went to special beef cuts, samgyeopsal, and marinated bulgogi. The side dishes, vegetables, and sauces that were not overly seasoned made the meat taste even better. The servers were also very friendly and kept refilling the food.

Food in here is simply amazing! After you enter, you feel like you are in South Korea, as there are a lot of Koreans that eat regularly here, plus all the staff is South Korean. We had the all you can eat bbq, and it was amazing! Did not try the karaoke and went for lunch, so I can’t say anything about other services. Food is a must, so make sure you try!

I know this place because my boyfriend loves it so much. It’s another favorite Korean barbecue restaurant of ours, mainly because it’s the only one that close the latest from what I know. The staff is so nice, The Uncle and Auntie who always greet us with a smile every time we go.

Food was fine, it used to be a good place since there wasn’t many Korean AYCE places in the area. The biggest pro is that it’s open late (until 2 AM most days). But now there are too many options.

Service was disappointing. They forgot our water and never came by after giving us our order. It took 15 minutes just to get their attention to get the check.

This is an authentic Korean restaurant – not fusion, not trendy, just classic Korean fare.

The selections of meats were delicious (pork belly and brisket,) and the selection of 반찬 was more than what most places offer.

This place is truly delicious and great – and it’s a vibe a lot of new places are moving away from unfortunately.   Please give this place a try when you’re around the area.

Haven’t been here for ages and I remember the food was decent. We went for the all you can eat option for $29. Since it was AYCE, we didn’t have high expectations. We had a lovely lady who was super friendly and honest about the meat choices. We were 4 Koreans so not sure if that resulted in us getting better or worse service but for a Korean AYCE restaurant, the service was great. Our favourite was the beef brisket. The meat had a nice marble so great balance of meat and fat. It was seriously as good or better than the higher priced restaurants. We loved that they have aged whole kimchee to grill with the pork belly…if you don’t know, this is the secret to eating pork belly . Would definitely go there again! Why the 4 stars? The restaurant could use a deep cleaning…think the years of grilling leaves everything with a layer of grease

Hands down the worst service I’ve experienced. The staff showed zero care for customers, acted rude, and ignored us for a long time. This place clearly doesn’t value its guests. Do not recommend.
