It took forever for someone to take my order. Finally someone came and took it. My burger was not fresh. The cheese had been melted on the meat for a while. The bun was dry and was not toasted. The fries were at least fresh. I’ll most likely not return. An employee walking around asked how was everything. I told her not good. She offered to get her manager. I declined.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had in my life. The bread for my burger was so stale. It was hard and ineble. It tasted horrible. I’m not normally a picky person and even if I’m not really feeling the food I’ll still eat it, but I couldn’t eat this. That bread was gross.

I’ve been to allot of Wendy’s all over the Southeast traveling with my job and this is by far the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. The service was good, the good was excellent and it actually looked like the pictures on the menu. Good job Wendy’s

This was a very clean Wendy’s and this was the first time ever that I ordered chicken nuggets there. It was actually very delicious. I do not eat fast food (not because it is considered unhealthy), but because it generally does not taste good, but my gosh, this was great.

I ordered two large bowls of chill, to go, and when I got home they were both only half full, not exaggerating. I tried to call the store to ask them why and nobody answers but it’s only 8: 00pm. It looks like I’ve eaten half the bowl in the photos but that is how they came. I tried to get some chili last week in the Drive-Thru at 8: 45pm and they told me they were only doing online orders. They definitely have a staff problem.

Does anyone know the night shift managers name? And also the general managers email? Night shift manager extremely rude, I don’t think it’s her fault to not be as competent. The guy behind her sweeping was just shaking his head right along with me. So this lets me know it’s a constant thing with her.

Had to check my order, since it was very busy on a Sunday. Almost left without a hamburger. Other than that I’d give it 3 stars. (Opened one burger when I got home, which was supposed to have bacon…none.)(Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger) I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again later.

I was highly disappointed with my visit to this location. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my first order. It should have taken no more than 5 minutes. I placed a second order. It was two large fries. That should have been given to me almost immediately, considering that I was the only person standing in line and considering that the fries were directly behind the cashier. However, it took about 7 minutes for that order to be completed. Also, the picture that you see attached…apparently that is supposed to be the double stack. I will not be returning to this location.

This Wendy’s always disappoints me. I got a breakfast sandwich today, and the chicken is clearly old and burnt. I asked for lemonade. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of lemonade. I got a sweet tea instead. It tasted as if the urn wasn’t clean. 0/10, do not recommend.
