The employees make your drink in this order: syrup, ice, espresso, and then milk on top. So when you take a sip of your drink, you don’t taste any of the flavoring that you ordered until the final last sip where all you taste is straight syrup. Disgusting.

Ordered Pistachio Frappuccino and t’was good. Satisfied with the customer service as they were friendly and full of Aloha! Got my order wrong at first but they were apologetic I appreciate the accountability they impose.

Starbucks at Pearlridge Center is in a prime location, so it’s no surprise it gets busy. The staff are friendly and the drinks are consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks, but the wait time can be a bit much—even when the line isn’t too long. I get that it’s a high-traffic area, but it still feels slower than it should be. If you’re not in a rush, it’s a decent stop for your caffeine fix. Just don’t count on a quick grab-and-go.

I know some ppl gonna hate, and other support but I didn’t tip my coffee. Sorry I think startbucks employees are better paid than myself and others and I just don’t feel like tipping on an already overprice mini $6 coffee but I think that is not a reason to pour 80% ice on the customer cup bc I end up paying $7 for a small cup of ice which I consider a scam. I would promote a law that should be illegal any establishment sell any kind of drink with more than 30% ice. Starbucks is just another place that join this practice but there are so much more out there. I’m sorry Tip culture for me is a plague we need to eradicate because for the greed of the companies employees mad at people instead to fight for better working wages. Japan and Korea don’t have tip culture and gastronomy works more than fine. All the tips are just overpricing everything, skipping taxes so we are not helping employees bc they don’t get social security or retirement on their base pay of tips. They deserve better salaries and we deserve better product and service, shops can cut their profit and be competitive.

This Statbucks is not honoring their refill policy. In order get one you must stay in the vicinity according to the girl Barista. She did not mention the circumference or how big this vicinity is and just avoided wanting to refill my drink. So if I got my drink, went to eat at the food court and went back, I can’t get a refill? First time this happened cause other malls, Kahala and Windward would be ok with this and it’s cool cause Id tip better. Oh well, sucks for the 2 girl workers working the 6pm shift on this day 6/26. Starbucks doooooooooooo better for the price we pay.

If I could rate this zero, I would. I went to this location today and ordered a grande mango dragon fruit iced refresher which I specifically remember being 4 dollars. I did NOT buy anything else, so I found it pointless to get my receipt. Biggest mistake, but thank god they keep records. Well after getting home and checking my bank statement, I see that the cashier charged me twenty dollars on my debit card. I will be contacting management tomorrow as well as contacting the law enforcement. This is absolutely uncalled for. 10 out of 10 would NEVER RECOMMEND . I will try my hardest to get the cameras reviewed. How shameful to steal from customers who are want to support your company!

These guys were super rude to me after asking for a remake of a drink. I got a cold brew but it just tasted super off, so I asked if I could just get another drink, girl roller her eyes at me and walked away. And the manager in charge talked to me as if I were a 5 year old who couldn’t understand English?

Not a very good Starbucks. Not as bad as the one on Keeaumoku. The cashier was disinterested in life at all. Normally they would grab your pastry but did not care at all. Don’t know what’s wrong with this one but there are plenty of other choices out there unless you need your fix
