Love my Club On a Sub. I usually do lunch between 11 & 12 here. Today, was evening, 8:40pm to be exact. Placed my order to find out the fries fryer was turned off and fries orders were not available. Order ready at 8:52pm and was told by staff “You may eat here, BUT Please keep in mind we close at 9pm” didn’t know that! I would of chose another place to eat. Google states location closes at 10pm. Don’t like going to places and feel rushed out or upset because cooking equipment is turned off 1 hour or so before closing time an you’re unable to get the product you walk through the door expecting to receive. If true that this location closes at 9pm, update your online times to reflect that. It will avoid conflict between customers and your staff!!! Don’t ruin your reputation with negligence on your part with conflicting information! Doesn’t take long to update hours of operations online. I don’t like walking into places that are about to close me believing I have ample time to enjoy a meal. Unacceptable and very unprofessional!!! Sorry to the staff if they are correct with the information they stated to me and shame on you if you lied!!! Was really looking to enjoy a meal at one of my favorite spots and tonight that was not the case!!!

Went there on lunch today ordered a half sub with chips and they shorted it. I didn’t realize it until I got home and couldn’t go back out since my lunch break was over. Paying $10 for a 3 inch sub is insane. I called back and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, so I eventually hung up. Staff were friendly, but not efficient with 4 people working. Highly disappointed.

Food is as expected…. If you ever get it. The service at this location is consistently Atrocious! There is always a delay, always an excuse, always a problem. If you want a Firehouse sub, pick another location. This one is ridiculously bad. Management is bad and employees don’t care.

I LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS! SANDWICHES ARE AWESOME! However, waiting 38 minutes for 3 sandwiches behind a family of 5 (for 5 sandwiches) is a bit ridiculous! Two wks before, another 35+ minute wait. I think more efficiency is needed.

I sent an order in through the app and it never got to the store. I showed the guy behind the count of the order and he said he’d get started making it that I should reorder it on the app so I did. The three guys behind the line were mo, Larry, and curly,. I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life. 37 minutes later my sandwiches were never made. We left!

My husband picked up our subs last Friday….we haven’t been there in a very long time….since you changed your sub rolls ….thought we give you guys another try…..yuck….your bread is too soft…it’s a shame to but that delicious meat and cheese on that bread..not only that the whole bottom of the subs were wet …. don’t think we’ll be back…unless you change your sub rolls to something a little firmer

Firehouse sobs are served warm and toasted. Great for a quick stop instead of greasy fast food. We ordered four subs and one was to-go but the line service didn’t prepare it properly. Other than that, it was fine for a stop on the way to the airport.
