I give this place a 3 because the last time I was there they had a small dog walking around in the kitchen area while preparing customers food. I am sorry but I don’t even allow my own dogs to walk around in the kitchen and especially when I’m handling food. Their food has always been good but this is unsanitary plus some of the people weren’t using gloves while handling the food. Whoever is over this place needs to address this.

I have ate here many, many times, this was the absolute worst. I ordered the Hawaiian sandwich, and cannoli. I ordered before going there. 3 young people working, they were busy, no problem. Finally got food went to car checked food, had to go back in, I’m still good at this point. My sandwich, which i usually love, omg, was horrible , very very bad taste, lettuce cooked so much, was just horrible. So put that aside, whatever grease they fried the cannoli in , tasted oil, just nasty taste. Was very disappointed this trip.

I’ve been disappointed more often than not. Tonight I ordered for delivery a pizza and a salad. The delivery time it was 5:22 at 5:40 I called the store and got put on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back, asked about my delivery that should have been here 25 minutes ago. She asked me my name and went and looked and said there’s several orders here we don’t have a driver she’s out on a couple of deliveries. It’s Saturday night and you only have one driver. Maybe hire more people, finally got it an hour late. No I’m sorry no coupon for next time no discount for this time. I mean poor customer service. I got excuses and a cold pizza. It’s convenient cuz it’s close but there’s much better places. I certainly won’t order delivery again. You need to do better Milano’s!

Worst pizza ever! Like eating rubber and it seemed like the ingredients were not fresh at all. Very bitter tasting. Way over-priced for the small size of the pizza and the horrible quality. Too much cheese and almost no sauce. The crust was undercooked also. Terrible food. $40 thrown in the garbage after a few bites. Inside the restaurant was dirty with flies every where and a huge spider right by one of the seats. I wouldn’t recommend any food there, and I definitely wouldn’t eat inside there. Driving the extra 18 miles to Pizza Hut from now on. Much, much better.

Do not buy the sub sandwiches they don’t put any meat on them. That is supposed to be a ham and cheese sandwich no ham that I could see. And a Philly cheese steak sandwich that I had almost no meat on it. When I called and talked to the supervisor she said that she couldn’t help who made it and didn’t offer anything in return. Go to the Frankston store or the Bullard store.
