Order hand breaded chicken sandwich add Swiss cheese and 2 chocolate chip cookies. Instead I received hand breaded club chicken sandwich. I hate bacon on burgers. I LOVE the Santa Fe burger here. It is my favorite burger in the whole world!
I also love the fried zucchini! . It tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. The jalapeño poppers were fine. They are not stuffed jalapeños. They are more jalapeño cheese balls that are breaded and fried. The staff here is super nice and super excellent.

You want a review of Carls Jr? Okay. Don’t go to Carl’s Jr.. I stumble through the drive thru maybe once a year, always out of morbid curiosity at whatever monstrosity they have been advertising lately. I always regret it.

There’s always just 2 people working. Only TWO. This franchise shouldn’t be called “fast food”. The 2 workers don’t know how to scan your phone for the Carl’s app. I constantly need to show them how. Carl’s has gotten expensive! Food is still good.

Just had the worse chicken sandwich ever from any Carls Jr. location. Went through the drive through and I ordered the original chicken sandwich medium combo which is nearly $19! The sandwich was in two barely warmed pieces of BREAD and the chicken was so chewy and nonedible. The piece of chicken was too small for the bread slices and was a terrible feat. The least the staff could have done was advised me when I ordered so I could have the option of changing. I won’t be coming to this location again- such a waste of $19 🙁

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service from Ana. She greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome.
The food came out fresh and exactly as I ordered. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, but Ana went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
Great job to her for setting such a high standard in customer care.
