Almost forgot to write a review how disappointed was my experience at this Wendy’s location.
About a month ago, we placed a breakfast pickup order (10:15am, I think?) and we had to pick it up by 10:30am. (that’s the time they serve breakfast until) Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way, so we had to return home, switch cars, and then drive back. Because of this unexpected situation, we arrived a few minutes late (around 10:37–10:38 AM).
When we arrived, we explained that the order was already placed and paid for, and that we were just there to pick it up. The girl working at the window had a very rude and dismissive attitude, telling us that breakfast was no longer being served and that we could not receive the order at all.
then she said we would be refunded, but the refund never happened. The amount was only about $12, but that’s not even the point it’s about basic customer service and respect.
I completely understand breakfast hours and policies, but the situation could have been handled much more professionally and kindly. Unexpected things happen, and there was no reason for the sassy tone or lack of empathy.
I hope management addresses both the refund issue and the customer service training at this location.

This restaurant was so clean, including the restrooms, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly, helpful and prompt. Our food came out very quickly and our orders were perfectly prepared. I was really impressed at the overall experience.

A $15 “baconator” (according to Google AI) is supposed to have 6 strips of bacon. So why does mine have only 2 strips?
This is 3 out of 3 baconators where they screwed me on the bacon. So it is clear that they are being trained to do this on purpose. To help sales / food cost numbers. (There are photos of my last two burgers below. They put 2 half strips on each layer. )
I placed a complaint online with Wendy’s and got no reply. Let alone compensation for being robbed 3 times now. (Yes it is robbery. It’s called a bait and switch.)
Somebody honestly should hire a private investigator to look into a possible class action law suit. Because Sooooo many locations do this!
I didn’t even get half the amount of bacon I paid for. If they do this to millions millions of customers over years. We are talking billions of dollars.
Screw THE BEEF Dave! Just give me my damn bacon!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. But our food wasn’t hot enough and bacteria built up and me and my wife had upset stomachs the whole night. Got a slight case of food poisoning. Ima Chef so I know the temps, I have been cooking for 34 years. Make the food to order! Don’t make it and let it sit.

I was denied service by Jennifer Morrison because I asked for my food to be off the fryer and extra crispy, and she told me I was being difficult and talking down to her and told me she was gonna call the cops on me and told me to leave. It’s unfortunate because I’m a frequent Wendy’s flyer, I really hope they do something about this as I’ve never had an issue going Location

Customer service was very rude to me and my fiance. We tried going into the lobby at 9:15 am. They are supposed to be unlocked by 9. We go through the drive thru to try to the DoorDash. They tell us the lobby is open and doors are unlocked after we already tried opening the door. We went to the other door and it was again locked. They unlock it and complain that the other door was unlocked. The door we previously tried getting into. Neither door was unlocked they only unlocked that door when we mentioned it was locked but both had been locked after 9 am. Gave us a lot of attitude and disrespect. Told us to take it and leave. I rather not have to go back there for any reasons. All 5 workers were just watching and listening doing nothing.

I love this Wendy’s. So many other ones have made me ill but here the food is always fresh and the drive through is wicked fast. The Dave’s Single and the Dave’s Double are really great fast food cheeseburgers! Good fish sandwich when they have them seasonally too.

This location is actual sh*t. I have ordered here multiple times since moving to the area and not once have I gotten my order made correctly. I just ordered A pub chicken sandwich and there was no chicken to be found. In the past i’ve ordered baconator fries and gotten a literal empty container. Oh and both times they refused to remake my order, or refund my money. I have never experienced fast food this bad in my life. And quite frankly as a past McDonalds employee, I can confidently say this is the worst managed and staffed wendys out there. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Save yourself the time and go to Burger King across the street. Sad excuse for a business.
