This restaurant gets extremely crowded at 6 pm. I suggest checking your steak for the right doneness, as it seems they don’t reach the desired temperature. Additionally, the service is lacking during peak hours, and you might have to wait a while for your server to return. By the time I placed my order, it had taken over 30 minutes to get my food.

I can see why most Midwesterners dig this place. If you’re looking for massive portions and lots of butter/grease this is your place. I got the catfish there was more breading than fish. The salads are very overdressed. As far as the steaks they’re decent. It’s a good place for the $$. Otherwise not my personal fav.

Went to this TRH about 2 yrs ago. Ordered 14oz prime rib. Waitress said they were out of 14oz and only had one 12oz. So I didnt go back again until tonight hoping to get a prime rib. Thouroughly disappointed, got the same story again tonight. So, ordered 14 oz ft worth ribeye. I doubt that it was even 8 oz. Not reccomending THR St Cloud. Does this look like 14 oz steak?

Went there last nite,got the family supper, 2 Chicken Fried Chickens and 2 Cheeseburger meals. It was almost done 10 minutes earlier than expected and that is one of the reasons I love coming to this restaurant! Plus I am a veteran and love getting the military discount and the employees are so very nice and go above and beyond what’s expected of them! Some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet! I recommend this restaurant percent, you will not be disappointed and will leave with a smile and full belly!

Loved my last experience here! Mine and my boyfriend’s server was Aidyn and she was fantastic. Super friendly and we would chat about random things… you could tell she’s not just there to collect a paycheck. People like her are what creates a fun workplace AND it creates a wonderful environment for guests!

From the person seating us to our server, the food runner, outstanding service!! They all were so very nice and the server checked in multiple times.
The food, ribeye was done perfectly, a beautiful crusty sear on the outside and pink inside. Wonderful house salad, amazing baked potato and those fabulous rolls. Kudos to the cooks!

The best is yet to come
Loved the food. The atmosphere is fun and lively. The place is busy so make sure you have time to wait in line for your table. It’s worth it. However I ordered a burger to be cooked well done! It was pink in the center. The waitress offered to have it recooked or to bring another burger. But then she said, “you’re not getting a discount on your bill, like she owned the place! We never asked for that. We ordered a well done burger and that’s what we expected to receive. Please don’t insult the customer by implying they are looking for a discount when you failed to bring what they ordered. Just be humble and acknowledge that your cook failed to fulfill the order and make it right. Without customers you wouldn’t have a job so please check the attitude and focus on getting the order correct! Don’t insult hard working people who agree to pay 20.00 for a burger that is prepared the way they ordered. If you’re going to serve raw meat irregardless of the customers preference don’t ask the customer how they want it cooked and then give them an attitude when they point out the fact that the cook failed to prepare the food the way it was requested. I would have given five stars if not for that exchange! The burger was cooked hard and fast that is why it was pink in the middle but tough on the edges.

This restaurant is a must for meat lovers. The ribeye was very tasty as was the BBQ chicken. I have tasted the pork chops also and they were seasoned just right. I love the bread and cinnamon butter you get while waiting for the food to arrive. In my opinion, it is the best steak house in the area! They also have early bird specials M-Th from open to 5pm. (11 entrees for $12.99) They also have call ahead seating for large groups.
