Employee did not check for customers for approximately 15 minutes. We stood there while we saw her mopping and she looked at us, but did not stop mopping. Stopped making our order in the middle to go give a friend free drinks. Order was rushed, she was rude and unfriendly.

Very poor customer service, i was waiting there for good 15 minutes nobody came to serve.

They were just standing on the other side of wall, i think they were able to hear me calling them so many times but they had too interesting conversations so decided to ignore customers.

Didnt expect this from subway as i myself worked in subway more than 2 years.

I’d give no stars if possible!

Where to begin? They were out of most meat. I was given the wrong roll and the wrong side I ordered. Ordered directly through their app. Driver also didn’t follow delivery directions. Tried to call to ask about the wrong side (I ordered a pretzel and was given a cookie) and stuff and no one would even answer. So don’t go here. Don’t waste your money. I got expired chips. Just go to Jersey mikes instead

Ordered through the subway app. When our food was given to us by DoorDash from this location we were missing items I opened up my no beady bowl that was supposed to have lettuce chicken cheese pickles and garlic aioli and only thing on it was chicken pickles and garlic aioli I tried to get a refund called this restaurant guy got snotty with me told me I needed to call DoorDash bc once it leaves their hands it’s door dashes problems. I called DoorDash DoorDash told me they only handle delivery not the order and I had to call Subway back call them back told them the situation frustrated now and asked for it to be refunded asked for a supervisor said he was in my one there. In a busy mall restaurant? Guy got snotty told me he was the only one there knew he made my order right and it’s DoorDash’s problem so I continued to tell him it needed to be fixed I wanted my order canceled everything refunded because nothing was right in my order. He continued to yell at me and yell at me and yell at me and then hung up on me eventually my order was canceled and hopefully my refund comes through but he swears he was the only one there and he was just clocking in but also was the one who made my food? I was yelling at him for someone else’s mistake so did he make my food did someone else make my food why was he just clocking in if he was the only one there? Terrible service.

The topnof the case that held the food had a good 2ich of dust on it that was flying in the food! No chip choice for the combo? High price food due to eating in the mall that was absolutely filthy! Tables,floor….. it was absolutely disgusting! Long wait for food to be made…. These people get 15 and hr and do 5 and hr work!! Do better Subway!!!!

Staff were amazing. My Subway app was hacked. I called, from Canada, the staff member assured me he would look after me. Quickly cancelled the order and had my card refunded. Thank-you!!!

Had an African American working one day. I went to order my mom a sub and he put the wrong cheese on it multiple times and had me pay first. When my mom went up to the counter to ask for a refund he threw the sandwich in the garbage and told her to F off and started calling her B- and telling her to F off. We asked for a refund and he refused to give it back. The owner contacted us today and told us the same exact thing that we weren’t getting our money back. NEVER EAT HERE ITS A JOKE!!

12/20/21 around 12:30 pm. The woman taking orders, tallish reddish long hair, glasses. At first I felt terrible as she seemed to be the only person working during the lunch rush. Then she opened her mouth. Absolutely miserable, condescending, dismissive. Clearly would rather be anywhere but at work. Apparently customers are the jerks because we can’t hear employees mumble to us through the mask, the noise of the mall and a counter dividing us. I had the audacity I had to ask the types of cheese they had, so my client I was ordering for (who was in a wheelchair, unable to see any of the options) could hear and choose one “they’re right there”. If you hate your job, find a new one. But don’t take it out in everyone asking you to perform the job you signed up for.

The lady cashing us out was very polite. And I did thank her for it.
