Doesn’t want to answer the phone and was told a year ago that I would have an apartment and many have been available since then. They took $100 from me for application fees and guaranteed me a spot and it was all a lie. It’s been impossible to reach these people and honestly it’s a load of crap

Management is awful and come around with trumped up charges and demand that they be paid immediately or you will have a 3 day eviction notice on your at the end of the month. The owners, who change often, skip out on paying their bills so they can’t keep a maintenance worker because they won’t pay them for one and even when they do have one, usually a 300+ pound lady, she couldn’t get things she needed to work with from the hardware store because owners would rack up a bill and not pay it, cutting off credit. Management is never on the premises and changes due dates each month around her schedule not to mention she is overbearing, gross and rude. Management shows no mercy for the elderly or disabled. Instead they prey apon them. Some people get to live there for free and even get a utility check while a single elderly person on fixed incomes may pay over $700. And still be asked for more.
A lot of the apartments are either infested with mold or bed bugs which Management says the tenants are responsible for even though there is clearly an outbreak before people move in and Management doesn’t hire anyone to thoroughly make sure they are clear of all mold and bedbugs in-between tenants.
I could type for 2 days about this place and still wouldn’t have enough told. Just stear clear of this dump!!!!! The authorities need involved and investigations need done on the manager Angela and her higher up Erin on the handing of money. Dirty, dirty dealings going on!
