I called to let them know and they said that there’s nothing they can do that is their portions for $20 for this sandwich. It’s a rip off their customer. Service sucks and it’s absolute bullshit. I do not recommend these people at all.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Came in during the lunch rush a little worried cuz I was in a hurry but nope it was done super fast and delicious! The young lady Jasmine was super friendly and suggested what to order for my pickey 6 years old granddaughter (btw she loved it ate the whole thing) will definitely come back

This had to have been the worst experience of the new year… i bought a ultimate porker sandwich and it was absolutely the messiest sandwich ive ever paid for, when I confronted staff about it i was told (it is what it is)….. I have to be kidding right? (I’m not) then fallowing that comment was thats how we make them really fast.. this was from the heavy set female with dark hair that claimed to be the manager on shift I can’t belive the customer service at this location rude!rude!rude! I wish the actual manager would give me a call or better yet the corporate office

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude! Never have i ever encountered where we have to bag our own food when taking out. I’m not sure what this girls issue was but she was by far the rudest employee i have had to deal with. When asking for the manager she also was rude and didn’t want to give me their names to report them to upper managers but i did get a photo. I was scared to even eat my food not knowing if they did something to it. If you don’t like your job or people. Quit!

Pictures of menu items are far better than the actual food you get. This is the beach club. One piece of turkey. I mean come on! This is ridiculous! Are they telling employees to cut back on the meats because this is just a sad sandwich. Not worth the price! Fast service because they don’t spend time putting meat on your sandwich. Do better Jimmy John’s.

I originally went to Jersey Mikes after waking up from the longest nap and working (I work from home) I was absolutely starving! But Jersey Mikes was closed as soon as I got there ☹️ I thought I was going to a Jersey Mikes that was open later but I guess it was a Jimmy John’s. The extremely kinda and helpful employee offered me a refund. I declined because I really really wanted a cold sandwich. You did not disappoint and I will be back again. Worst sandwich experience I have had! First of all the racist vibes in this place are thick!! From both customers and staff. The lady who took my order looked annoyed she had to be at work that day or something. I even had to ask for a bag when my sandwich was ready from the same annoyed lady! Speaking of sandwich, my bread was hard and on the verge of stale. Not fresh at all. I ordered a veggie sandwich that comes with avocado spread. Do you see how little they put on it!! You probably can’t see it it’s so little. Not only that, but my sandwich was doused in jalapeño ranch which was totally unnecessary!! I should have read the reviews first!! Never again!! Someone from the location, please contact me, I want a refund!

I decided to get a sandwich at Jimmy johns today. I ask for the deli sliced bread and the heavy set dark haired gal said they don’t have deli sliced bread only wheat bread. I had to go point to the tub of bread which was full of sliced bread. When I get home my sandwiches are made with the smallest end pieces of the loaf even though the tub was full of the fresh fu size bread. The chips tasted stale. I won’t be back to this location on Indian school and Jack rabbit. What a complete disappointment! Terrible service
