I order just a perroni and cheese pizza and they screw it up so bad. First they had to ask me twice got my name and info. Then they proceed to tell me my order comes to 11 dollars never mentioned anymore about tax or anything I assumed that was everything including. Then a text message tells me it’s 15.20 and make sure you tip your driver. Scam. But then I received my pizza and it was only cheese. Just freaking cheese. Never again order there they are a scam

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. We ordered pizza and wings for the first Ohio state game of the season for our family and friends. We ordered at 11:00 a.m they told us 30 minutes and we picked it up around 11:45. When I got home, the food was freezing cold and the wings were definitely not fresh—they tasted like they were cooked yesterday. The fries were cold, pizza cold. For a $45 order, I expected much better quality and care. Really let down this time.

Wings are on point! Up there with Buffalo Wild Rings! The new cheeze-it pizza is okay. Works as an appetizer so dont order as your main course (I got burned out on the taste pretty quick)

Today is July 14th 2025. I went to my local neighborhood Pizza Hut for the buffet I go in and there’s a sign it says. Please wait to be seated. The lady behind the counter looks at me doesn’t acknowledge me and doesn’t seat me.
There’s three other people in the restaurant total she proceeds to go over to a table get a stack of dishes and take them to the kitchen where I can hear her wrestling around with them.
So I’m still standing there. I look over at the buffet. It looks very pathetic. It was around noon so it had been open for probably about and had and still had another hour and a half to go on the buffet.
So after not being greeted when I came through the door and not being seated and seeing that the buffet looked unattended, I promptly did an about face and left.
If you think that a stack of dishes is more important than a customer when there’s only three people in the restaurant, you are sadly mistaken.

Called in late with a house full of screaming girls fresh off a dual birthday pool party sleep over combo and the only thing more fresh the they pizza. All 8 boxes. Staff super friendly and helpful!

I had made a mistake when ordering and asked if I could give them my payment info in order to make it a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese, and they would not fix it. Somehow within 5 minutes they had already made my pizza and said it was already sitting in the window. The woman was very rude and it seems to be a strange business practice to not try and make the customer happy by adding the ingredient. What happened to customer service and when they are offering additional payment when they are already spending $50. Never again.

Upon speaking to the manager the next morning he offered to replace my order that day or give me a full refund I chose the refund and was very pleased with how the manager handled the situation and the end result

I ordered pizza online, and it said it would be ready in less than 30 minutes. It took more than 40 for my meal. The woman at the wondow was very short with me and was not very freindly when I asked about my order. There was some confusion with my order, but it was worked out and fine in the end.

No help. Noon and almost nothing on the pizza bar. Salad bar was not good. One waitress with a big heart and tried very hard to keep up but struggled. Good attitude, and tried. Probably won’t do it again very disappointed.
