Stopped in here for pick up for a quick bite to eat. Your typical Chick-Fil-A with inside seating, drive thru , and curbside pick up. The usual friendly employees. This one was decorated for Christmas, not all were. I got the chicken tortilla soup which really hit the spot. As usual, would recommend this Chick-Fil-A.

Terrible service at this store. Recent visits have been problematic. Hair in my salad. Missed items on my orders. Sam the manager extremely rude when questioned. Ordered 2 salads used rewards for one and paid for the other. When I got to the pick up window I was asked to pay again. I watched the CC transaction go through on the handheld device and I told Sam I was not going to pay twice. He said “I’ll give you a card for a lower priced item but you are not getting the salad.” I then asked for the salad I used the rewards for and he said he wasn’t giving me the rewards salad until I paid. I told him I already paid. He reluctantly gave me the salad I purchased with rewards. I went inside and was told they have all new consoles. The irony is the salad I paid for was a special order salad that they probably threw out. I have never been treated so rudely by Sam the manager in my entire life. I was so upset when I got home I skipped dinner. Since the salad I got was not the special order salad my wife gets she ended up not eating the salad and we had to throw it out. Lack of proper training all around at this store. The drive through should not have let me leave if the card did not process. They have a new system, it’s not my problem. The handheld pos showed I paid. Absolutely terrible experience.

For me, giving a fast-food restaurant five stars is incredibly difficult, and doing so in Orlando seemed truly impossible. This place impressed me. It’s clean, the food is delicious, and it’s served promptly. But the best part is the excellent service from the staff. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, everyone had a great attitude. I sincerely congratulate the guys on their work; they made me come home (to Jacksonville) even happier.

Outstanding service at the Chick-fil-A in Kissimmee, Florida!

Adrianna was our order taker, and she did a phenomenal job. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink size, and she replaced it without hesitation. On top of that, she gave us some really cool insight into local Florida history while we waited.

In a world full of subpar service and “meh” attitudes, Adrianna truly stands out. She’s the reason this location is worth visiting. I even asked her manager to give her a raise!

Show your support and stop in and be sure to ask for Adrianna. She’s the kind of employee that makes your day better.

We always love to stop here when we are at Disney World! It is easy to pop over here from Animal Kingdom Lodge or park for lunch or dinner. There is always great service and excellent food! We love the chicken tenders and waffle fries, and the fun selection of dipping sauces. I like the Coke products as well. We will be back again next time!

Went in for breakfast, and a the guy who took my order acted so nonchalant to me and my family. We ordered two iced coffees and by the time we finished our food, it still never came. The very same worker saw the coffee already made on the counter and just tried to tell someone else to take it when he could have done it himself. A few minutes later, it never came, so I went up to demand a refund and they were rude about it. They never even apologized or offered us the drink for our trouble. I will not be dealing with this establishment’s atmosphere or attitude. The worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to in terms of service. My receipt’s name says the cashier’s name was Ethan.

We had a large party that order an assortment of chicken dishes. I got a large fry that they only filled up 1/2 way my mother in law got a regular fry that was only filled up half way. She got a coupon for a free cheick sandwich which is my my review is 3 stars instead of 2 but if your out of frys waiting for some to cool just tell us that so we can make the decision to wait for a complete order.

Really disappointed by the employees at this location. We were in the drive thru and asked to get a pup cup with our order (we have done this many times before) and we were told we had to ask for it at the winow (new, but okay). However, at the window we were told “we don’t do pup cups.” When we said we had gotten them before we were then told, “we’ll some people do it, some don’t.” Wild that I have to guess if you’re going to help me or not. There are plenty of other Chick-fil-A locations in the area with better service where we will be frequenting instead.

Very frustrating experience at the Chick-fil-A on Black Lake Rd in Kissimmee.
We frequent this location daily because my autistic daughter has very limited dietary preferences.

Today, two Cool Wraps were completely missing from our order. We were already 2 miles down Hwy 192 when we realized it and had to turn around in heavy traffic.

When we returned, the older white-haired man who took the order refused to simply hand over the missing items and instead made my son go inside to fix their mistake. This delay caused us to be late to my daughter’s autism therapy appointment.

This has happened before, and we’ve never been forced to go inside to retrieve food the restaurant forgot. Chick-fil-A is known for service—this location missed the mark today.
I think you need to hire more competent employees.
