Wonderful little hole in the wall, family owned and operated restaurant. Everything is super fresh with an open kitchen and burritos, bowls, and quesadillas made to order right in front of you. The tamales were large and the guacamole super fresh. Excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Only bad thing about this establishment is that they aren’t open for dinner.

I’m very disappointed with my experience today at the D’Iberville Burrito Zone. I recently started coming to this location instead of the Gautier, Mississippi one—where I was a regular for the past three years—because of a work change. Today I learned that this Burrito Zone charges different prices than the Gautier location. I usually order two supreme tacos, which always come out to around $7–$8 in Gautier. However, today in D’Iberville I was charged an extra $2 for an “upcharge” on supreme tacos. I questioned it because I’ve ordered the same thing 2–3 times at this location and have never paid $9 for two tacos. Realizing this inconsistency, I don’t think I’ll be visiting the D’Iberville location as often—it’s inconvenient and frustrating.
Since this is a franchise owned by the same family, the prices should be consistent across all locations. I understand reasonable upcharges, but they should be the same everywhere. It’s also clear that not all employees are charging customers the same, since I’ve ordered this exact meal before in D’Iberville and paid the same price as Gautier. Lastly, the customer service here needs improvement. Employees should be able to clearly explain price differences and even suggest alternatives—like ordering a meal if it ends up being the same price as two supreme tacos.

Love this hidden gem!!! Always super fresh, great customer service and super clean and tidy!!! It gets busy fast for lunch but don’t let a long line discourage you. They move quickly yet efficiently and I’m obsessed with getting veggie tacos on their amazing corn tortillas!!

Unfortunately, I have to move and came here one last time to enjoy this hidden gem. Coming from Texas and tasting all types of Mexican food or Tex-mex and this is the closest to home for me. I love burrito bowls and burrito zone hits the spot. Their barbacoa taco is “chefs kiss” also. It’s moist and will leave you coming back for more! Get their spiciest salsa and jalapeno lime ranch!! You won’t be disappointed!

Reasonable prices – Great food – Great service. I got a Chicken Burrito. The cilantro rice added to the tasty burrito. My wife got the eight inch Chicken Quesadilla. On both meals the chicken was plentiful, well seasoned and tender. The location is somewhat out of the way, but well worth the detour off the highway.

As usual if you’re looking for authentic Mex food you need to go South of the border or get near the border anything else is going to be close enough or a total miss 7 out of 10 times. At he time of our visit coming to work from out of town looking for a quick bite to eat we noticed this place on maps, the food is decent, average portions, clean quiet place, prices are about what you’d pay at Chipotle, Moe’s, etc (somebody mention better than Taco Bell, haha! LOMAL really? The only good thing there is the cantina chicken), now days everything went up twice as much on price (inflation supposed be going down 9 months ago), at he end is all about your taste buds and how hungry you are. We noticed they were making tamales so, next time we’ll give it a try, yes they earned a second visit next time we go there to do a job. Recommendations: serve more chips and have orchata, jamaica and tamarindo water.
