When I was outside the front door I smelled what seemed like sewer, the smell got stronger when I went inside and it permeated throughout the place.
After I placed my order I noticed that the drink machine sprayed liquid onto my arm every few seconds, so I had to stand to the side of the machine.

As a person who works at a fast food restaurant herself in the drive-thru, these workers are so rude. They don’t look at you and smile. They rush you to the speaker to finish your order and are impatient. Not one smile flashed at me as I was getting my money taken. My money was taken, the lady slammed the sliding door in my face. I pulled up to the second window, not even a hello or anything, just shoved the bag and my drink in my face. If you take another order while another customer pulls up, it doesn’t matter. You should always treat your customers with the utmost respect because they are the ones allowing you to get paid. After all, tell them to have a good day, as I know. I’m also a drive-thru worker myself. This isn’t the first time I’ve been through this, Wendy’s, and they are just flat out rude and want to get you out of there. I placed my order in the drive-thru around 1:50PM.

Our Wendy’s is closed for remodeling so we make trip hazard I was excited to get one the new frosty I’d been wanting so bad . It’s 45 minute drive from where Iive to hazard. At 1st they wasn’t even going hand me frosty out the window we had get their attention and when we did they ended up giving me totally different one then what I had ordered . The chili was kinda so spicy you couldn’t hardly eat it with 2 little packs crackers with a large chili . Just make sure your order is right if you make a trip.

We asked to have our nuggets dropped fresh cause they was for our babies well when we get to the window they hand us our food and tell us it just come up they had been really busy when I get them out they looked like they had been soled in grease u could squeeze the grease out of them. We told them we had plenty of time to wait and yet u still serve that to someone after they tell u it’s for their babies?? Be better do better or quit ur damn job

This Wendy’s is one of the most popular fast food restaurants in Hazard, Kentucky, so be prepared for a line at the drive-through during the busiest hours. Lucky for us, the line was not an issue.
The food at this Wendy’s is usually very fresh as it was this time when my son and I visited.
One good thing about Wendy’s is that it stays open later than any other fast food restaurants during the weekends, and even though we were chasing the midnight hour we were very happy to see the redheaded girl with freckles was still open for business.
I ordered the Dave’s Double with a baked potato while my son got his fave, the chicken nuggets, and fries.
I get a small kick that they offer a meal with my name on it. I pretend that I’m getting special attention, but I digress.
One thing I would like to point out is that Wendy’s offers drinks without sugar such as Mellow Yellow Zero while a lot of restaurants do not, if you are like me, and you have diabetes it’s good to know they offer that alternative.
We were very happy when we got our orders, and it was as fresh as if it was twelve noon instead of twelve at night!
The only negative thing was they put cheese on my baked potato after I had told them no cheese, but that is the only thing they got wrong, and we were appreciative of the late night food run.
The staff at this Wendy’s is always polite and friendly! Often, when I visit this, Wendy’s a worker might be a former student of mine as it was in this case, and he was doing a good job at the first window!
Overall, this Wendy’s is one of the best fast food restaurants around, so check them out!

This location struggles to serve dine in guests. It’s apparent they prioritize the drive through.
Inside, service can be very slow. The drink machine beeps incessantly , and no teas are available in dining room. This causes a lengthy wait at the counter … and the workers strive to avoid eye contact so they don’t have to acknowledge you need a refill.
