So I can’t speak for the interior service here. But my past two times getting carry out have not been very great. First time waited an hour to get our food. I understand it gets busy so couldn’t really hold it against him. But then this time once again, almost waited an hour for our food only for us to get our food and receive chicken tenders that are the size of a pinky. Plus, to pay for the loaded sweet potato and get 3 marshmallows on it.
Food taking a while is understandable. Everyone’s trying to do their job the best they can and I understand things get busy. But to wait that long and also pay $40 for less than satisfactory food, is very disappointing.

Everything was alr, Fried pickles gotta be the most saltiest pickles I’ve ever had, like more saltier than the pickles at white Castle. But that’s ok, same with the fries, but the fried chicken sandwich was amazing! But, could’ve asked if they had any spicy sauce, because you won’t believe how much spice I can handle. I had the prime rib, which was excellent. My cousin got a ½ rack of ribs. The service was wonderful and the “pay at the table” feature is easy and convenient.

Tonight I went to dinner with my family at Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. When we first arrived at the hostess booth, they let us know that someone else had given our name and got seated instead of us. They were able to still get us seated thankfully. After being seated, we ordered and received our drinks in a short amount of time. We then ordered food, which ended up taking around 45 minutes. People who came in after us were receiving food prior to our group. Once we got our steaks, they were relatively cold, and one had mushrooms instead of onions on it, which had to be sent back because that Guest did not order/does not like mushrooms. After 10 more minutes she finally got her steak as well. The steak she ordered was supposed to be well-done, but had a fair amount of pink in it (photo attached). My fiancé and I have had symptoms of food poisoning since we got home, and I am also 9 months pregnant so this was the last thing I wanted to worry about. Overall, we probably would not recommend/ be dining at this Texas Roadhouse again. Update- it is currently 1:18AM and 3/4 of us have displayed symptoms of food poisoning from dinner tonight. The only thing we all had in common was the green beans, but we are all incredibly sick.

i absolutely love texas roadhouse but never felt compelled to leave a review until i had brooke as a server last night. she was amazing! she anticipated every single need my partner and i had like bringing ranch with our fries and refilled our waters before we felt the need to ask. brooke was so incredibly sweet and completely made our experience. our food was great as always but the service was top tier.

Great service, great food! It did take about an hour after we were sat down to get our food, but they were extremely busy. This location is always extremely busy. I called in to get on the wait list for 6:00 because they do not take reservations, but it still took 15 minutes I’m waiting time but that’s not too bad when you know you’re going to get a great meal. The manager even stopped at our table to say hi and to make sure everything was doing well I noticed my daughter had balloons on the back of her chair for her birthday and said the birthday squad over to sing their song for her. Everything was excellent!

My whole family went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday for our monthly dinner. And we could not even eat the food it felt like the chef just poured salt all over it and sent it out to us. We let the manager know but she didn’t do anything about it. So we just paid our bill and went on about our day. The food is usually amazing here. But was so disappointed in our dinner last night. With us always be in there once a month spending at least three to four hundred dollars I would expect us to have better service than what we received. At least offer to cook it all over again. But that did not happen. I guess we are going to have to take our business elsewhere for our monthly dinner. It’s such a shame that they could not resolve this situation for us when we never have ever complained before. It was just a really bad experience.

This is my second time eating at this place last time was really good this time not so good. My wife and I ordered the ribeye I ordered medium and my wife ordered medium well. My ribeye come medium well and my wife was well done. the waitress never comes and ask about how was everything she just come to are table and ask if we need any to go boxes. we hardly even touched the food and we put it on the Togo box. I always finish my food, but this time I didn’t have the appetite to eat something I don’t like.
Also I see the manager come to the other tables and ask how was everything, she never come to are table to check on us to see how was everything.
We are celebrating my son 7th birthday he wants to come to this place and eat here.
We ordered a chocolate brownie for him . That was terrible over cook hard and burned. I have 3 more kids with me neither one of them wants to eat it no even my self.
