St. Bess Restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered two plates of oxtail with rice and peas and one plate of curry chicken with rice and peas, and the food was A1. Everything was well seasoned, flavorful, and tasted authentic. The oxtail was nice and tender, and the curry chicken was cooked perfectly. Proper Jamaican food. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Sasha at St Bess Restaurant delivered absolutely outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely professional. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly elevated the entire dining experience. Sasha is a real asset to St Bess, and I highly recommend asking for her if you want exceptional service.

I ordered online for pickup and scheduled it to pick up within a timeframe still had to wait an additional 45 minutes once I arrived. I understand and appreciate food being made fresh, but if that’s the case, the pickup time shouldn’t be offered until the order is actually ready. Waiting that long after ordering ahead is frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering online. The food was fresh, but the wait time really needs to be better managed. The employee on break ordered and got her food before mine… how crazy
Update: It’s now the next day. I ordered the fried chicken with rice and peas and curry gravy, and my boyfriend ordered the sweet chili chicken with rice and peas. Because of the long wait and how late it was, I only ate half my food. Shortly after eating, I got sick. My boyfriend was completely fine. The only difference between our meals was the curry gravy, so I’m assuming it wasn’t prepared properly. I also saw another review saying the same thing happened to them with the curry. This is a food quality issue. will not be returning or telling anyone to.

The food nice bad. It kept calling me back especially the fried chicken. I can say with certainty that they dont serve any stale food. Many times I have had to wait on the new set of chicken to be fried. And the rice is always good. I need to try more items from their menu though. The soup there is salty that is why I give the food 4 stars.
Def recommend tho

I’ve been eating at st.bess kitchen for the past year, I can definitely say that their food is just simply a taste above the rest. Every dish I have tried has been excellent. The staff there is always courteous and professional.

The food here is good, everything I’ve tried so far has been good, the customer service on the other hand need a lot of work. Staff would let you wait as they talk with their friends that come to see them. Take your other and don’t tell you it’s going to be a wait until you’ve already paid. Put away food and start cleaning up 15-30 minutes before closing. Over hear them said “I’m not unpacking food at this time” customer service training definitely needed. I’ll rather not call out need but training needed for sure

My review is primarily about the food, and oh what a treat!! I didn’t pay so I couldn’t tell you the break down or price. You get there order, they make the plates, then you pay. I ordered ox tails, rasta pasta, rice and peas. My daughter had jerk chicken, rice and peas. Food was hot, seasoned, and spiced. Great flavor, awesome location, plenty of parking, sufficient portion size.

I recently stumbled upon St. Bess Jamaican Kitchen, tucked away in a small side shopping plaza, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. As a Jamaican living in Florida, I’m always on the lookout for authentic Jamaican cuisine, and this place exceeded all my expectations.
First off, the cleanliness of the restaurant is impressive—one of the cleanest I’ve been to, which immediately put me at ease. But the real star here is the food. I sat down and enjoyed a plate of curry goat with rice and peas, and let me tell you, it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were spot on, bringing back the taste of home in every bite.
This is hands down the most authentic Jamaican food I’ve had in Florida yet, and I can confidently say I’ll be coming back over and over again. If you’re craving true Jamaican flavors, St. Bess Jamaican Kitchen is the place to go.

Rudest people in the world two girls there are extremely rude. I was DoorDash and the girl told me 15 minutes. They made me wait 30 minutes and still had a nasty attitude. Do not go here. They are disgusting people as far as service zero star.
