Sushi on North Beach is a sushi restaurant that offers a great selection of fresh seafood in a very authentic Japanese restaurant. This is a great spot for a dinner with friends & family!
The Nigiri was the highlight of our dinner and the Uni was to die for. All of the fish was extremely tender and full of taste. My favorite roll was the crispy spicy tuna, and the warrior role. Ended up getting seconds of a few of the selections! Suggest this spot to anyone visiting the area.

Green Dragon roll was on point. House white wine was delicious. The place is cute and the staff are the nicest people! There’s a Happy Hour on some food items and drinks from 5-6 PM, Monday through Friday. This will be a new go-to spot in San Francisco.

Love this spot! Food is amazing (especially love the gyoza and hand rolls) and they’re super nice and go above and beyond with service. I’m a vegetarian and accidentally ordered the meat gyoza instead of the veggie gyoza tonight, and when I called to confirm that it was meat Stan offered to deliver the veggie gyoza to me right before closing, even though it was my mistake

Man, this might be the best bang for Buck sushi restaurant in the Bay area. All food was crafted with care. The sashimi had great cuts, larger than expected. They had soy paper options for a friend who couldn’t eat seaweed. Presentation, and cuts were great as well
They have a solid sashimi meal, that, with the seasonal upgrade contains 19 items for only $36.(2025). Filling and delicious. It also includes a mediocre side salad, and an above average miso soup. I didn’t mind, as the sashimi was excellent, and even contained one excellent toro cut, and many other great items.
I also shared a roll. The rice was decent, but by no means bad, especially with how fast things come out, and the rolls presentation was excellent.
I think my only knocks are that the Sake options were sparse, and the rice could be a bit better. Minor complaints, as the pricing is excellent, and the staff is great.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Sushi on North Beach a few times now. I can’t rave about this place enough! The prices, quality, and service is unmatched. The owners are always very warm and welcoming. The sushi prices during happy hour are amazing, and they have great deals on alcoholic drinks as well. The quality of of the sushi is also very good for the price. If you are in the area, I highly recommend checking out this place!

Awesome food and friendly service. They get kind of busy, so you might have to wave them down if you want some more water, but I would go again.

Absolutely great place for sushi, portions and quality is much worth the price. Sushi quality is one of the best I’ve had in San Francisco and the customer service is the best!! FYI, their soy sauce is on the salter side
