This place is definitely one of those “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” kind of place. The staff were all very friendly, and patient with us newbies not knowing what to get. You HAVE to try the chicken waffle sandwich with their special butter and you HAVE to get a peach muffin for later!!!! Also, they have bone shaped biscuits for your doggie!!! We were traveling and they will definitely be our go to when traveling through VA again!!!!

I was in the drive thru line a good 10-15 minutes PATIENTLY waiting. Only to get to the window and get told to pull up and wait longer. I explained nicely how long I had been in line and that I felt the people behind me should have to wait just like I had to. The worker closed the window on me without understanding where I was coming from so I didn’t move. Once I finally got my order, it’s like they just threw the biscuit and gravy together. The gravy was wasted all over the inside of the bag like they just threw it in there as well as the plate it came it. It was gravy everywhere. I know they did it on purpose because of the way the worker handed me the bag. I’m not the type to cause a scene because I know how it is dealing with the public and people in general. However, if the customer is PATIENT & NICE while explaining their reason for not having to pull up and wait longer, which is what I was, then this definitely deserves to be told. It’s VERY unprofessional to purposely throw food in the bag any kind of way

The spicy chicken and honey biscuit was delicious and fresh. The coffee was delicious with free self-serve refills. The hash brown could have had more potato in it but it was still was good. Service was great and the place was clean mostly. Business was slammed on Sunday. Will definitely go back..

I was in town on business and decided to stop in for breakfast. Customer service was great! The cashier who took my order was very friendly and professional as she walked me – a first time visitor, through the menu. I truly appreciate that! Service was good and my wait was minimal and most of all, the food was delicious! I look Forward to stopping back in when I’m in the area!

We have been eating here for years but recently the food just isn’t as good as it use to be. The biscuits are overcooked resulting in a hard crunchy biscuit. My husband has asked for a steak, egg and cheese club and the last 3 times they forgot the egg and pickle. The home fries aren’t as seasoned as they use to be. On a good note, the tea is always good and the muffins are great too. If the above mentioned were fixed I would give it a 5 star.

For deliveries they are a bit slow. I ordered a chicken salad and it was full of leaves maybe 6 pieces of shredded chicken. But I’ve never seen a salad full of leaves which I was expecting lettuce. And it just didn’t taste the best. So I feel I waisted money. But I was glad to see a couple of the management working. They do keep the place running smoothly.

Service was fast. I got steak club biscuit. It was cold and greasy. The lettuce was brown and slimmy. The tomato was half green and crunchy. Staff was nice. Was like 8 bucks a biscuit and medium soda. Kinda high to me.
