I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks.
Yesterday (October 29, 9–11 AM), I was charged $9.20 at the drive-thru when the screen showed $7.20. The woman in a green T-shirt said the extra $2 was a tip — which I never added. I felt frustrated that a tip was added without asking.
Today (October 30, 10:45 – 47 AM), I asked politely if tips are automatically added. A man in a black T-shirt misunderstood me and asked, “So you don’t want to tip?” — which felt very disrespectful. When paying, the woman from yesterday handled my order, and the man pressed “No tip” with an annoyed attitude.
It’s not about the $2 — it’s about being treated with respect. I hope this location improves communication and professionalism.

Good coffee, not great. Very nice atmosphere. Clean with a helpful staff and quick service. Their specialty drinks are really good but beware, they are full of sugar. When you travel it’s a great place to get your caffeine fix.

This is the ideal Starbucks.
1. Spacious interior with many seats
2. Lots of power outlets for the mobile busy goers
3. Great lighting and inside ambiance
I don’t frequent Starbucks much. But I am learning to expose myself to social environments. I will say spending 30 minutes here on a Saturday morning right until the number of people visiting this location jolted at 9am sharp… I greatly indulged and enjoyed my White Chocolate Mocha!
I might get very comfy and familiar with this locations, maybe even make this place “my home outside of my home”. That’s how great this Starbucks location feels to me.

Ordered coffee and a wrap about 10 mins before picking it up only to find the wrap done and no one working on my drink when I arrived. There wasn’t a line outside and barely anyone was in the store. Employees were chatting while I was standing there and kept looking at me without asking me if I needed anything. Then reminded them of my drink missing (mistakes happen), they gave me attitude, and the barista proceeded to make the WRONG DRINK while chatting amongst her coworkers, not paying attention, until who seemed like a supervisor/manager made her aware it was incorrect by whispering through the headset, to which the barista then laughed before starting to make the actual one I ordered. This took an additional almost 10 minutes of time first thing in the morning. THE NEXT DAY I ordered again figuring maybe it was just a bad day for them. Got 2 drinks and received them on time. Was more than halfway into my drink, looked down into it, and there was A LARGE FLY IN MY DRINK!! TWO mistakes on the SAME person within TWO DAYS is ridiculous!
Contacted starbucks via chat and they told me it was “sensitive” and to call. Called their number and waited over 45 minutes to speak to a rep about the issue. They gave me a store credit for the “inconvenience” and stated they will report it to the district manager and the store itself.
Please make sure you’re paying attention to your drinks!

Very spacious Starbucks. The staff was very friendly and my drink came out not too quick and not too slow. I got a green ice passion tea which tasted bitter and not sweet. I liked it more this way.

Overly long drive through line only for the staff to forget a part of my order. After exiting the drive through and realizing my food was missing, i went into the store only to be greeted by horrible customer service who were completely rude and unapologetic for their mistake. Will never return and would not recommend anyone to go here

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. They make the best drinks and come out exactly how it shows on the menu. My favorite location, awesome service – nice people and delicious drinks. Thank you, I wish all locations had the same standard they do, they would definitely be having more customers come to them!
