I love cheese so I order extra cheese, plus pay for the asiago cheese as a topping, somehow there’s always more sauce than cheese. I had a pizza from someone i’d never seen working there before and it was what you’d expect from an extra cheese pizza but every time after and before has been the same mid pizza. the owner is either trying to save costs or the employees are lazy. extra cheese should be the same whether it’s today or in september. make it consistent.

I don’t even know where to start. Last night ordering a pizza was a nigh mare that was just insane. I ordered my pizza’s through he app (like always) at 5:30pm for delivery. Get my confirmation and move on with my evening. Well 6pm I get a call and the lady tells me that it’s going to be and additional 45 minutes. I say ok. well 7:30 rolls around and I am trying to call them to find out where our food is. It is like pulling teeth to try and get someone to answer. My husband got on his phone and tried calling and and was stuck on lifetime hold. After about 25 minutes on hold, a guy picks up and says that I am welcome to come and pick up my pizza’s if I still want them. The delivery driver’s car broke down and someone else from the store had to go help him and continue with he deliveries the the had. My reply was, why couldn’t’ someone call me an hour ago and let me know, then I could have driven down there and picked them up. He replied with he didn’t have time to call. We usually have no issues with this place and this was just a nightmare. Hopefully they get a better manager or someone who care about the business. Horrible!

I always have a great experience when ordering from this dominos pizza. Great crew. Polite, very friendly and different workers. Who ever owns this dominos franchise should be proud of their workers ,amazing!! thank you for always making it a pleasant pick up and delivery . You guys rock!!! I thank God pizza hut is gone those ppl were always messing up my orders and the pizza was sometimes delivered almost cold. Domino’s taste way better and not overly priced like mountain Mike’s pizza. I’m originally from the rest cost and mountain Mike’s is no where near east coast style pizza

This location SUCKS! Domino’s isn’t that great to begin with but someone gave me a gift card for X-mas so I tried to order a pizza. I tried to order through the website but it wouldn’t take the gift card so I called. I knew the experience was not going to be great from the get go because when the guy asked me for my name and I said “Ralph” he said “Can you repeat that?” I said “It’s Ralph, R-A-L-P-H”. He said “Bob?” I said “No, RALPH” and I spelled it again.
I gave him the gift card number and he said the number was invalid. He read the number back to me and after I corrected it (he had entered 3838 instead of 2838) the card was accepted. I still had a balance of $8.19 and told him that I would pay it in cash when the driver arrived. He said the pizza would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. After placing the order I went into the other room to let my housemates know when it would arrive and when I got back to my phone I saw that I had a VM from someone named John at Domino’s. The VM said that the order could not be delivered because there was an outstanding balance and I needed to call him back.
I called back and was told that the order was cancelled because of the balance and I would have to place it again. I said “And what kind of discount are you going to give me?” John said “What?” I said “What kind of discount are you going to give me? Your employee screwed up and I think I should get a discount because my pizza was supposed to be here already.” He sad “I’ll see what I can do.” I said “OK, then do it.” He said “Do what?” And I said “You said you’d see what you can do about the discount, so do it. How much of a discount are you going to give me because your employee screwed up?” He said “I’m not going to give you a discount because my employee did not screw up and I called you and left a voice mail and you took too long to call back, so it’s your own fault your order was cancelled” I said “Your employee DID screw up. It’s not MY fault the pizza wasn’t delivered. I told him that I’d pay the balance to the driver in cash, and you said yourself that he didn’t put that down and that you “didn’t get to it in time”.”
John was very rude to me and even hung up on me while I was trying to decide if I wanted to give them my business or just throw the gift card away and forget about ever going to Domino’s again.
I called back a few minutes later and asked for the manager. Turns out “John” IS a manager, so I told him that I was going to go on the website and file a complaint and go online and give them negative reviews and he said “Go ahead.”
