Lots of windows and natural light which is not common for a Starbucks. Lots of parking. Plenty of seating indoors and on the outside patio. Only complaint was the air-conditioning was set so cool that it was too cold inside to stay for long. The food and coffee were good.

There were lots of ants in this location around windows especially those rain days. It came to my paper my cup. And poor service! Few staffs was very mean to us and showed slower. Their attitude never gets better to us. We are very very disappointed here. Never come this location again ! Don’t come.

I enjoy visiting Starbucks locations. This cute little number is in San Dimas. Dine in is available, and they are quick to make your drink. I’ve been here twice, and the most I’ve waited was probably 10 minutes. The baristas are really friendly, and because it’s located in such a beautiful part of San Dimas, I don’t even mind the wait. I had my usual Pistachio latte. I’m taking advantage since it’s a seasonal beverage. This has become one of my usual stops when I’m in the area.

Poor service. She said my rewards was scanned but when I looked up my history receipt is not there and I asked her about it she she don’t know . She rang me in the machine that the scanner is broken . The other girl said in order for me to get my receipt and pts is to void and redo everything. I was in hurry so I said it’s alright . My order is just plain Mocha latte hot . Again she asked me if I want a cream on it and I said no , when I got my order cap was not tight spilling everywhere and it has a foam cream on it ! The top of it she never apologized just even to say I’m sorry ! It’s just like nothin happened ..

Bad customer service I have cancer and needed to take my medicine so I went in to ask for a cup of water and they wouldn’t give me one because I didn’t buy anything, I’m female and no hair from chemo , have compassion people, I had to ask a nother patron to order me a water so I could take my medication
