What a nice surprise!! Our family was nearby and we decided to give it a try without having a reservation. The whole experience was 5 stars: service, concept, service, FOOD!! My wife got the steak the Peruvian style, I got the risotto style farrotto, both superb! Kiddos got kids’ pizza (14”) and chicken nuggets, and they didn’t complain

Food was really good. We were seated quickly and our waitress was very good. Both dishes needed a little seasoning or salt but beyond that we ate everything on our plates 🙂 We got the whipped feta appetizer, baked cod and shrimp and grits for entree, and chocolate cake for dessert. All very good. Would come back for sure!

Kitchen Social in Montgomery delivers exactly what it sets out to be: a crisp, modern restaurant with an open kitchen and a menu that consistently hits its marks. The space is bright, clean, and energetic, with the open-kitchen layout giving the whole place a sense of motion and purpose. You can see the food being worked, plated, and sent out, which adds to the experience.
The menu leans into a kind of comfortable fusion—familiar dishes with small twists—and everything we tried was well-prepared and satisfying. Nothing felt gimmicky or unfinished. While there wasn’t a single dish that screamed “signature,” everything was solid, balanced, and clearly executed by a competent kitchen that knows what it’s doing.
Service was very good across the board—attentive, friendly, and efficient without hovering. The only real drawback was the noise level. Between the open kitchen and the packed dining room, conversation takes a little effort.
That said, if you’re looking for a lively spot with reliable food and good service, Kitchen Social is a strong choice.

Kitchen Social is a large restaurant with an excellent staff and food beyond my best expectation!
We sat at the first come first serve bar. We had the joy of watching an very well run bar run. The maple old fashioned we ordered were great. The food was even batter. The wedge salad we split was one of the tastiest in recent memory. My Miso Salmon with cauliflower was OUTSTANDING! My wife’s Cod was excellent.
Staff is so friendly. Prices are reasonable for such incredible food and service.

Read great reviews and needed somewhere to go that catered to our friend’s food allergies. First of all, they were VERY accommodating to my friends multiple food allergies. It was very busy and I recommend making reservations on weekends. Our server, Mia, was absolutely amazing. She knew her menu; spent extra time helping my friend order his food; gave great recommendations; was very on top drink refills and super friendly. Amber, one of the managers, stopped by the table and was also very friendly. Our appetizers were all amazing. Hard to say which was the best–Street Corn Nachos, Thai Shrimp or the Korean BBQ Cauliflower. Almost all of us got the Chicken Katsu for our entrees. Amazing. Great flavor. The Brown Butter Cake was a great dessert. Overall, a great meal!!!

This place is cute :))). Randomly found it online looking for a bday dinner place for my uncle. The whole family found something to enjoy. The waiter was nice and helpful. Atmosphere was bright and welcoming. Its a nice little gem! Theres parking behind the place in the garage that is FREE. I had the Korean BBQ Cauliflower , delish, and the Szechuan Noodles ( no chicken ..im Vegan ). Everything was great :).

My coworkers and I all joined for lunch / brunch and had an amazing experience at the chef’s table. The chicken Katzu was incredible as was everything else & Preslee was the best server and was very knowledgeable on the menu, presenting fabulous recommendations.

Kitchen Social came highly recommended, so we thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed.
When we stopped in they were still serving brunch, so we ordered from that menu, and the food was outstanding. The Korean BBQ Cauliflower appetizer was great, and the entrees were equally as delicious. I think the winner was the Shrimp & Grits, but no one left hungry or dasappointed.
Definitely will go there again.

Probably one of my best and favorite meals I’ve had dining out in a while! I went here with some family for my birthday. Despite being packed, service was super quick and friendly. We had our food on the table within what feels like just minutes of us ordering.
We ordered a variety of things on the menu, our highlights was definitely their biscuits, the nachos and the brown butter cake. Truly, everything was delicious and we really cannot wait to go back here again and try some more of their menu items.

I was here on 2/15 for dinner as we were passing thru Cincy headed back to Columbus with a friend. Brendan was our server and did a fantastic job presenting the menu and checking in on us regularly. The food and service were both so good we asked to talk to the manager (Mandy) and she had such a positive and pleasant attitude. It’s good to see great customer service. Teriyaki Ribeye . The steak was just as good as the one we had 2 nights prior at Ruth Chris and 1/4 of the cost.
