Ordered on a snowing night and unfortunately my husband is allergic to cheese so we ordered his sandwich without, when we received our order not only did his sandwich have cheese but it was the complete wrong sandwich. Not to mention mine was incorrect as well. I didn’t care as long as his didn’t have cheese which again it did…. Of course when you reach out online they offer you two alternatives. All I wanted was another sandwich so my husband can eat called the store and the phone is off the hook…. Just get some bull crap recording about their mailbox being full. The driver called because she went to the wrong address and she won’t answer on the phone that she called either. It’s just really disappointing had a long day at work ordered so I wouldn’t have to cook which is what I thought Domino’s was supposed to be there for. Guess not…..

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with domino’s. The wait was so long and the whole place was so disorganized. We waited 2 hours to get our order, which is unacceptable. They kept mixing up orders and would not bother to let us know how long the wait was. We wanted hot pizzas straight out of the oven but instead we got cold and dried pizzas. It was so disappointing. The staff would just keep pilling up orders and were not able to find the orders in the huge pile of pizza boxes. Over all don’t come to this place. It was the worst experience I have had with any pizza place.

Wow, this place is spectacularly bad. Before ordering, the website said the average wait time was less than 30 minutes, so I placed an order for 1 pizza and the new tots. We were staying at the Sagebrush Hotel, which is only a couple miles down the road from this location. I always track my orders through their pizza tracker app, and I could see that the food was prepared and placed in the oven fairly quickly. After the food came out of the oven, it just sat there. An hour after placing the order, the order had not left the location with the driver. Finally, the order left the store with a driver named James. James marked the delivery as delivered with a minute of it leaving the store, but he did not show up to the hotel for another 20 minutes. Everything was ice cold. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Their drivers are a liability! Whoever is working tonight 12/30/25 in that silver van or suv is tailgating, pushing, speeding, they passed me by driving on the sidewalk in a no passing zone, then they slammed on their breaks and crossed a double yellow to make a uturn, so they could make threats from their car?! Absolutely insane! Treat your employees better. Your bad pizza franchise is not worth a life.

I do not recommend to place an order here!! We waited for 2 hrs in store after placing an online order and the person at the counter didn’t even give us approximate time to expect our order. The online order tracking is misleading, after waiting for 1.5-2hrs the person mentioned he doesn’t have an approximate time and he can cancel it if we want. We have been hungry since 2hrs and now there is no food. Worst experience at dominoes.

Bright
I’ve had dominos in 6 countries, including ones in developing nations. This is the most poorly managed Dominos I’ve seen. The owner should be embarrassed to tell people they own it with the low level of service. Read the recent reviews before eating here.

I ordered a simple a large pepperoni pizza and wings online since they don’t answer the phones. After going to the store at the time I was told they hadn’t started on my order. I had to wait another hour along with around 10 people for orders to be made. No one knew how to make order in order or complete so alot of pizzas were cold before sides were starred. Worst managed store I have ever been to.

This was supposed to be a feta mushroom pepperoni pizza… thin crust rust was definitely thin… and mostly burnt…some dry mushrooms and almost all of the feta was charcoal. The five cheese bread was good… but no way to complain about the pizza unless we drive there with it to show them which obviously defeats the concept of delivery.

Placed a order for delivery that took 2.5 hours to get when we got our food the pizza had very little toppings I called the store received a credit when I called to use my credit they can’t find it . The store manager Aramando is very rude and so are the test of the employees they just hung up on me.
