I didn’t prefer the $6 meal deal. Egg was weird and the potatoes had an odd taste woth whatever seasoning was used. Customer service was top notch though. Everyone was friendly and very customer service oriented. The manager/owner even had a conversation with me while he was working on changing out the register drawer. The place is very clean and well stocked. Coffee tasted good and was HOT. This place runs very efficiently with everyone helping out.

I’d give one star, but I’m torn. The ladies that worked yesterday were alright, but the crew on today, Friday Feb 20th is horrendous. I said hello, kid looks at me and then slowly looks away. I wait 5 min until he apathetically asks what he can get me. I told him an acknowledgement when I walk in, for starters. “I didn’t know you were there.” He acted like he doesn’t give a crap and it’s apparent that he doesn’t. The rest of the crew is just as lazy about their job as he is. Horrible attitude, horrible service, will NOT be returning to this store. Too bad, I typically buy a couple dozen every day for the hospital staff when my wife is admitted. I’ll spend my time and money elsewhere. Hire people that represent your brand.

I and my daughter stop by this morning. We went in side. There was no other customer in the store and 4 or 5 employees. Should have been a easy get something and leave. We stand there watching people get thing for drive thru ,we watch people talk to each other. I ask could I order a donut. Nothing when someone finally ask if they could take are order , the person who was making drink went take this to the window. She went to say I’m taking a order but it didn’t seem to matter. I finally said let just get a donut at the place 9 street . As we were walking out the door then they went to ask if we need something. If I could leave something less then a one star. I would. It doesn’t matter how good the food might be it the customer service that bring people back. Which mean I will not be back.

Unfortunately they consistently give me the wrong drink despite my order being pretty simple. It’s happened the last two times I’ve stopped there. I’ll stick with Scooters or Starbucks for drinks from now on. Photos show order for hot latte and the iced latte I received most recently.

Look it’s what you expect quality wise for drive through coffee, but the manners of the male staff are rather lacking.
Neve rin my life have I been asked to provide ID to pick up my to go order. I understand if you have had theft issues but that’s no excuse to take food from someone’s hands and ask for their id. If you have to do that, do so up front.

Drive through was fine with speed and after switching people to someone who could understand what I was trying to order they got it just fine. However, the coffee is horrendous! Some of the worst stuff I’ve ever tasted, like drinking Cigarettes and this was with cream and sugar! Had to pour it out after two sips. I’ve never had their coffee before and will never have it again

My sister bought a coffee this morning and she gave them $5.00 to pay for the coffee but for some reason they girl at the widow decided that it was a tip and put it in the tip jar and made her pay with card. This place also has gotten our last few orders wrong and seems to be understaffed and the staff they have like to steal money.

Drinks are sometimes iffy but I’ve learned to taste before I leave the drive thru. However, it would be great if Dunkin baristas were kind enough to remind you or ask about using your app. Dutch Bros and Starbucks is great at this and I will be giving them my business. Just that simple thing would go along way. We all spend way too much on coffee and like to be rewarded with a freebie every now and then.

Not great! My husband was asked to pick up “old fashions” and the employee told him that both of the donuts pictured were them. (Raised and glazed and blueberry cake) Sadly, they weren’t even good. They were stale on a Sunday morning at 8.
