Terrible place to shop! Evan, the manager. I had the distinct displeasure of trying to talk to him. The only thing he dominates is a conversation, definitely not customer service. He spoke over me, practically yelling and got all red in the face, then huffed off.
I tried calling and he NEVER returns your calls and refuses to answer to any customer complaints.
I remember how great the store was before he got here. Since his arrival at this store, the customer service is practically non-existent with the exception of a few great employees.
The biggest mystery is how he ever became a manager? He lacks common sense, common courtesy, and customer service.

A problem I have is with a older associate. Singled us out thinking we were stealing beer. Purchased the beer and went outside. Forgot to pick up an item so left my worker outside with the cart while I went back inside.while I went back to check out, my worker was inside with the older employee of the store and was accusing him of stealing the beer. I went over with receipts in my hand and she refused to acknowledge her error and continued to accuse us of stealing. Now I’m a dark skinned Hispanic man and my worker is white. We are both in our work clothe coming off work. Now, does this give any one the right to judge. Does she handle other shoppers this way. Honestly felt we were being singled out because.of our appearance. Till this day I haven’t received a single apology from the store or associate in question.Bad business!!! Don’t need to steal anything ever. On the other hand I give and help my community. Don’t judge a person by his or her appearance. I run my own succeful demolition company. Just lost a good customer that has influence.
