Yup! The hype is real!
I was in the Tucson area on a business trip and drove past an In-N-Out. I didn’t think twice about stopping for lunch.
This restaurant chain doesn’t exist in Florida…and probably never will. What a shame.
The place was packed and super busy. I ordered the classic Double-Double and had to try the animal-style fries on the side.
The burger was delicious. The beef tasted incredibly fresh, like it had never been frozen. Honestly, I should’ve gone with the 3×3 (three patties instead of two). That’ll definitely happen next time I’m in the area.
The animal-style fries were outstanding. The combo of the special sauce, caramelized onions, and melted cheese over the fries was addicting.
The staff was amazing and super friendly, even though they were extremely busy. The decor feels like a fun mix of old-school diner and modern fast food.
I can’t wait to be back in the area to try their food again. One can only wish they’d expand to Florida someday. And yes — their food is way better than the “W” burger place.

Where can you buy a meal for two under $15 these days? The workers here are busy as a bee. Would love to give this five stars if they put a little less sauce on the burgers so they aren’t so messy and be more attentive to tables that need cleaned. They respond if you ask but do we really need to?

I have been coming to this In-N-Out location for years. The staff at this location is very friendly, and welcoming. The customer service I’ve received at this location is phenomenal. I once ordered my food and had a couple things wrong with my order, I told the staff and they had no issue fixing their mistake and making things right. The manager Jeff goes above and beyond for the customers. Anytime I’ve had any interaction with him it’s always been very pleasant. I also wanted to shout out Hailey for always remembering my order and giving me the best service when I come to this restaurant. I hope the company recognizes Jeff, Hailey and all the staff specifically at this location because the service at this location is top tier.

My family is a fan of the hot coco here but for some reason I don’t know if they were out and decided to just add water and yes I mixed it but nope it was like they just added more water to the cup to fill it up didn’t even drink any of them what a waste get it together I know you guys are busy but doing this to paying customer is not ok

Always a great experience here. Goes without saying that the food is amazing, one of my favorite places to eat, and I typically hate fast food. The service is always good, employees are with class and not your typical fast food employees. Normally pretty quick to get your food, even when super busy. I will say the drive through at this location is sometimes tricky due to the parking lot configurations but still not too bad. Prices are good too.

We live in n out. We can go thru the drive up and the kids are always smiley and pleasant. Even if the car line is long they move people thru quickly. The quality of food is far better than any other fast food. Price seems less than McDonalds. Taste outshine any other fast food burger and shakes are made with real ice cream and not filled with air. In and Out is a treat!

Staff are so pleasant, polite, and professional. After I ordered food without a drink, the person operating the pos asked me if I would like a cup of water while I waited. Despite this store being extremely busy all the time, it feels like the staff are trying to be helpful and make it a good experience for customers.

To be honest this location is hit or miss, most of the time it’s great, but twice we’ve been here and it was pretty bad; stale fries, meat just tasted off and couldn’t finish anymore than half my burger. On our last visit the meat was weirdly really salty. For reference we maybe go here once a month or so. Overall, it’s a win and we’ll keep eating at this location.
