I ordered delivery online and they messed up the order. It was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni and bacon. They did it all pepperoni and bacon. Mind you, I have a daughter that will not eat meat and I placed delivery because I am sick. Delivery cost are ridiculous so not really my thing anyways. I called and was not expecting them to redeliver anything but asked for a refund or to comp me a pizza and was told to hang on they had to get a manger. Someone else gets on the phone ask me again what the issue is… I explain again and they tell me to hang on they need to call their manager as there was not one there. The manager said only option was for me to bring the pizza back. lol are you freaking kidding me???? If i could have picked up the pizza I would have done that to being with. When I expressed this to the lady on the phone how insanely bs that was she proceeded to just set the phone down for 4 minutes and not say a word. I called the 1800 number for delivery issues and they ended up refunding me the full order. Rude people, horrible customer service. You should show compassion and undertsanding to all your customers even if it is only a pizza! Just a simple “hey we are so sorry about that we will refund you or come in and grab a free cheese when you can” would have been appropriate but the fact that their option was to bring it up there at 8pm when it is 30 degrees out sick with kids at home and I paid for delivery… smh. What a joke.

Unfortunately a big fan of little ceasars for what it is. Had better service and food than this one in worse locations 9.5 times out of 10. Super big fan of the pretzel crust I’ve stopped going because no matter what I order its rail thin crust,sauce, and toppings. Im jealous of others that have had a good experience with this location. No love here but I hope things get better. This review is based off of late 2025.

Don’t bother ordering ahead. Ordered pizzas 3 day in advance for pickup at 1 pm. Arrived at 1:30 to pick up the pizzas and they still hadn’t started the order. They made my son late to his own birthday party and didn’t care at all

Price is cheaper then most if not all pizza joints. Everything for the price was great loved the Italian cheese bread when it’s “hot” and fresh. But cold and ready because they’re too busy or lazy to make a fresh one when i ordered it online that’s where this place starts to go south for me. The bread sticks are just bread with little specks of garlic Parmesan hardly anything on them. Every other little caesar’s in the entire country puts more garlic on them.

Couldn’t care less about an issue with our food delivery. A tip for future references, don’t pay $4 for ounce sauces, which is ludicrous as is, because you probably won’t receive them. & when you call to resolve the issue, don’t expect grand customer service.
