We had no problems during our visit. Service was fast, and our food was fresh and hot, and made to order. On top of that, we were crowned King and Queen. Oh yeah. I forgot about the Burger King crowns until they gave us 2 in the drive thru. The other Burger joints better step their game up. BK is serving up smiles, as we’re having it our way, and they’re reminding us we are royalty ♥️. Gotta love it.

Worst burger king service ever. We placed an order thru the bk app at 6:58pm, went in at 7:10…finally get our order about 745. Other customers had the same experience along with us. Some customers just drove off.
It was quiet, because customer service sucks, hence no customers. Too bad, its a very nice building, just the most incompetent employees. This franchise should be sold.

This location is absolutely horrible. Ordered a basic combo (burger and fries). Waited patiently for my number to be called whilst watching cuatiners that came in after me and they’re getting their orders before me. Apparently they lost my order. So I asked for a refund and they couldn’t figure how to do that. I ended up walking out of there without a refund and without my food. I should have known as soon as I walked because it was dead. Only had 2-3 customers inside. I stopped at Whataburger before but couldn’t find a parking spot, so went here instead. I will never eat at another Burger King, ever!!

Usually BK is a great place to eat in Kaufman. But tonight I guess the cat was away because the mice were definitely playing . It was as if the restaurant was being ran by only children, actually I think children would have done better.
I ordered the food through the app which gave them in writing how I wanted each sandwich and not even that was done correctly.
And to top it all off the food was terrible and all four employees came out to bring one order. Laughing and playing around. We spent like $50 or so and to get treated as if our food didn’t matter and servicing us correctly didn’t matter.
I won’t be back this location.

Ordered from door dash and got regular whoppers. They’re still serving the purple buns from Before Halloween. They gotta be expired by no at the end on November. This is disgusting. Who knows how long they keep things in inventory before getting in new product.
I hate that I have to complain but this is beyond me. Halloween was a month ago.

Excellent service now , I love the whopper Wednesday, I order from drive thru line and there was very fast service , few months ago the service was very slow and I always was missing things on my orders . Also the manager showed me about the APP and rewards, points and how to used it , she was very friendly, I didn’t see very well her name because of the angle of her t-shirt but definitely is a new face . Definitely my place to go.

On Sunday 9/7/25, around 12:45 PM we had lunch at Burger King in Kaufman. The place was empty but it was to be expected being sort of late in the afternoon. We placed our order and… Nothing went wrong!. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and we received our order in a timely manner. We (two adults) received king’s crowns which we got a giggle out of it.
