The fries were hard like rock and reheated perhaps a few times. The Whopper was completely cold. The phone number does not go through because they know people complain too often ?

placed my order through the Burger King app and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. When I arrived, my food wasn’t ready, and instead of handing it to me through the window, they told me I needed to come inside. When I asked why, they said they were short-staffed with only 3 people and were “on a timer” — which made absolutely no sense. On top of that, when I finally got my food, it was made incorrectly and didn’t match the customizations I had ordered in the app. Overall, terrible service and poorly prepared food. This location either needs to be shut down or go through serious retraining. Definitely would not recommend.

I would like to send a shout out to Cam. I Doordash and the order came in 1 minute before closing. Most employees would have lied… discarded… and ignored. The location was also in the middle of a delivery. Her coworker refused to help and she made the order for my customer. She is the example of what a leader in a fast food industry should be. She would hold her team to the standards that corporate should want to have. If she is not yet in a leadership position, RBI, she should be… that is what we as customers want. Best of Luck Cam, and I hope you help improve customer service standards thru the SOP currently in place.

Very lazy staff. I used the drive through at 11:10 pm and was completely ignored after I was advised the frozen drinks were down. I had to drive through the window, blow the horn and wait until another car pulled behind before they came to the window. LOL only to tell me that she was off duty and the restaurant closed at 11pm. Although the website stated they closed at 2am. After requesting several times to speak to the person that was originally taking my order. The girl on duty first stated she was only doing uber eats later told us to drive back around. That was the only way she would take our order. Remember She started taking my order but the machine was down. However after driving around she passed our order complaining that the supervisor could take her place at the window. Just the poorest customer service

Everything was wrong, im allergic to the parts I asked them TO REMOVE from the food. Like tomatoes, and pickles, and ketchup, the burger was full of all of it. Will never come back here again, especially after the way the kid in the drive through had attitude all over his face the entire time.
