First time to ever go to a in-and-out burger, honestly don’t know what all the hype is. There were 3-4 items on the menu, just got an original burger, fries and a cherry coke. The burger was disappointing, had better burger at other fast food places. Fries were very salted, staff taking the order were nice.
I personally don’t think I would make it out of my way to come back for a basic burger (especially for the price for it), but I happy to see they have loyal customers.

Completely lazy workers who pay 0 attention to detail to our freaking order after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru. REFERENCE PHOTOS – WE ORDERED ANIMAL STYLE FRIES AND GOT GARBAGE BURGER PATTYS WITH ONIONS ON IT?! WHAT IS THIS? the person who bagged this order needs to be reprimanded big time. Incredible experience and divine food. I was greeted super promptly by Wyatt, he took my order with a smile and made sure to clearly tell me my order number. The dining room is very well maintained by the staff, and they always smile at you when you make eye contact. My food came out quickly, was accurate, and tasted great. This is not a burger that will make you feel like crap afterwards – the vegetables were fresh, meat was cooked, and bun was pillowy. Not drenched in grease!

In-N-Out is by far the best fast food hamburger chain! The beef is top quality, and always cooked perfectly! The lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes are always fresh! Super delicious burgers and you can customize them how ever you like! I got a 4X with cheese, everything on it and added pickles! Make sure you add pickles cause they do not come with your burgers from the menu! Great place for a family meal! I will definitely be back! Thank you for your service!

I was traveling from out of state, Labor Day weekend. I was so disoriented from also recently coming off of an international flight that I forgot it was Saturday until I was about done with lunch. This place was slammed and I couldn’t find parking. The line on the street to drive through was impossible. I ended up parking at a bank nearby after circling the parking lot several times and overcome others parking and walking.
The restaurant was totally full, many people waiting for meals.
My food was great and I enjoyed the Protein (?) burger, basically everything plus lettuce instead of bun. (I don’t actually like bread very much). Everything was great! Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed.

this place is normally on top of it or at least decent, however tonight around 10:20 there was a rush which is understandable however our order was more than half wrong , meat showed still pink & the fries that were given to use were disappointing, sad because this usually is our go- to location but after tonight we’ll consider driving elsewhere next time

I love the double doubles with onions not only are they better priced then the other burger places but they are more delicious. I usually get 2 of them everything time I go.
1 now 1 for later so I don’t have to drive all the way back and get in line. No matter what location I go to always a line. It’s the price you pay for being popular. Not crazy about the fries but that’s my opinion.
