ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BATHROOM CONDITIONS – Just because one bathroom is “broken” doesn’t meaning should have to walk on stranger’s urine and defecation EVERYWHERE. You should be MORTIFIED of your establishment… meanwhile, like 8 people working. SMH this is a biohazard – staff so rude and non-understanding or caring at all. Shame

Stopped here for my fiance. He said everything from Taco Bell was great. And I’ll have to agree with him on the high rating for service and atmosphere. Other than the bathroom being dirty. Employees were friendly and the security guard was chill/cool . I love downtown and old Sacramento. There’s plenty to do and so many awesome shops. They have lots of hole in the wall shops that are worth checking out! Hope you enjoy old Sacramento!

leaving a review that simply is to point out that it is a normal tb cantina but it is by far the worst in terms of ever giving you the dang salsa/sauce packets. you order it, they wont give it. you point it out, they might give you 3 packets. you can spend $70+ for a group of friends and they will never pony up enough sauce packets, will consistently do this, not just once in a while. so this post is petty, but so are they. every time!

Went in for a late night snack. The atmosphere was kiosk heaven and blah scenery. The staff was busy preparing food and were busy and we had a margarita with dinner. Yes they serve alcohol and on a cold night it was pretty tasty. ☺️.

I don’t care what anybody says this taco bell Rocks! They deal with so much crap with people drunk and going in there and saying with numerous orders all night and they serve liquor. Give them a break. They did amazing and handle it so well. They deserve to collect tips btw. Taco Bell needs to give them a tip jar

Food prepared incorrectly, was missing items, and was handed to me cold. I had a mobile order and it took a considerable amount of time before anyone helped me. I also found a burnt charcoal bit in my Crunchwrap. The place itself is disgusting and incredibly dirty.

There was an active shooting outside. Food takes forever to be made and is somehow lukewarm? Employee was trying to joke around but he was just being weird and making everyone uncomfortable. I ordered a vodka freeze and he made it with tequila? Don’t recommend, it’s not safe to linger outside.

I love me some Taco Bell. But this one is just one with alcohol. It was just ok. I thought it was going to two stories and more bar-like, similar to the one in Las Vegas. This one is super clean and white as of February 8th when we went. It was quite small and really not worth going out of the way for. Maybe it will be decorated better later on but I doubt it. There isn’t a side door. So one of the workers was taking a HUGE bin overly-stuff full of cardboard boxes through the middle restaurant. It was a little disturbing. I figured there would’ve been a back door to the dumpster.

Attended the soft opening at Taco Bell cantina and I was impressed! Very friendly team who checked in with us multiple times during our visit, greeted us as we arrived and held the door open while we left. Menu is rather similar to other Taco Bells but there are several beer options for $7-8.00 each as well as slushies that you can add vodka or rum to. There is also a kiosk up front where you can create your own order and pay if you prefer, although alcohol may not be ordered this way. Seating was ample and the tables were clean. Music was upbeat but not too loud. Overall, great experience!! There are also TVs on some walls incase you wanna catch the game while you’re there.
Only recommendations: need a trash can toward the back of the restaurant so people don’t need to walk all the way to the front. And second, Taco Bell in general needs to bring back their green sauce! I miss it! That has nothing to do with the cantina though.
