Headed home from Denver looking for some good eats. Found this little town of 4,000k and said this is perfect! It was packed and that’s always a good sign! The restaurant was full of interesting treasures, signs and buzzing with memorabilia! I love these great finds!

I can’t find the name of the burger I had on any of the menus available online, but I swear it was called the Brick Street BBQ Burger. Excellent burger! Loved it! Came with a side of fries that were perfectly crispy on the outside and steamy tender on the inside, just the way I like them.
Very reasonably priced, the place has a cool vibe and the staff is friendly. If youre traveling, make this place a lunch stop!

Tried this place for the first time despite living in the area for over twenty years and I’m so glad that i did. The food was really good – reminiscent of a traditional mom-and-pop restaurant (something you don’t find much anymore). The service was attentive and friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere is also something you don’t see much anymore, full of old-time treasures that transport you back to another era.

Our server was very friendly, and although the menu offers numerous options – the items we ordered were all mediocre; particularly the chicken tenders which were all hollowed out. They looked like chicken tenders I would have got served back when I was a kid in the middle school cafeteria. The serving sizes were very generous though, and the food presentation was nice. Overall, Crazy R’s is a little pricey (per person) for quality of food served, however the good service definitely balanced out the overall guest experience.

Love this place burger was amazing . I got the crazy r burger and every ingredient eas top notch. The meat quality was best in class and the bacon was something special. ( I would source it for a high end restaurant).

If you are passing through, don’t let the bar and grill (seemingly heavy on the bar) pass you by! We nearly did. Once again, this was recommended by the lady at the front desk at the Comfort Inn.
The inside is eclectic, a bit like Cracker Barrel’s older, cooler cousin. Our waitress made recommendations when asked and was friendly without being overbearing. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner.
Since we were eating dinner with kids, I couldn’t speak to the adult drink quality, but everything else is stellar! I personally recommend the Crazy R burger or (per my son) the popcorn chicken – which was more like giant popcorn chicken than anything I’ve seen. Everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and welcoming to people passing through. If we’re out this way again, we’ll be sure to stop by!

On the road again …..and hungry. Don’t eat fast food. Found this off the interstate gem in Goodland. Home style country cooking done right. Super nice staff. Butterfly pork chop and steak filet were great.

We always want to eat at a local establishment when we travel. Today, we hit the jackpot! From the outside, it appears as a hole in the wall. However, you don’t want to miss out on this location. It was some of the best bar food we have had! Well, worth a try!

The owner is a Maniac. My work crew and I went into this bar and ordered food and drinks. I brought my bottle of water in and he went ballistic and attacked me at my table. When the police were called for the assault. “Crazy R” got in his truck and told the officer, “I’m not staying here for this, if you want to talk to me I’ll be at my house”.
Gotta love that small town charm! Avoid this place and the pathetic owner.
