The customer services was very delightful and wonderful experience! Robin one of the manager went over and above to make my dinner wonderful. It was A joy to come to my Cracker Barrel. She made me feel like I had an old friend! The waiter Jacquez was so caring with my order. Such a joyful experience! I highly recommend them! They all try very hard to please everyone! My Chicken was sooo good and the greens with corn bread is a winner! Tge carrot cake I totally sinned it was so delicious!

I ordered curbside was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived and sent notification of my parking spot. By 830 I called to give notification that I had arrived and was told it will be 5 minutes because they were waiting for biscuits. By 845 still no one came out. I had to go inside to get my food, which was not hot and my bacon was burnt. Ridiculous

I went to take my dad for his first time to my favorite restaurant expecting him to believe how great I thought this place was…. Little was I expecting to be waiting 2 hours for my food while all the people around me that came after me get their food pay and leave by the time I got my order. I wasn’t the only one, there were other people complaining too because they also been there for an hour. Once I got my food, my appetite was absolutely ruined by hearing other customers complaining to the manager and I didn’t even get utensils to eat the food they brought. I had to wait another fifteen minutes for UTENSILS !! Taking a LONG break from this restaurant until they get their stuff together. I let the staff know I had a horrible experience and they took a meal away from my total cost so I guess that’s good.

Arrived looked for hostess. Waited about 5 minutes. Got sat down at a table. Waited 10 minutes, nobody came to greet. Went back the hostess, asked if they can grab my waitress, hostess looked for the waitress throughout the whole restaurant and couldn’t find her. Hostess came back to me saying I cannot find your waitress, would you like me to move you to another section? Waitress magically appeared at that point. She kept things very short, didn’t apologize for keeping me waiting. I basically ordered without her saying a word. She didn’t try to upsell or anything, she didn’t give me any information besides the wrong information. Pot Roast comes with mash potatoes and 1 side. If you order Pot Roast with 2 sides, it comes with two sides and mash potatoes does not count as a side it just comes with the pot roast. Just so everyone knows. Anyhow, she didn’t check and see how the food was and I looked around for her for a good ten minutes at the end to get my check. Finally, I just stopped another waitress and asked her if she could get my check for me. Typically, for lower price tickets, I always tip 30% or more, because I know that waitresses don’t make as much during lunch hours. Since she gave bad service, I still gave her 15%. Luckily my wife wasn’t there, she would force me to tip 0%, since she use to be a server, she has no sympathy for bad service because she always tried her best when she was a server. I rarely ever complain about service, and I am not the type to complain for a free meal. So even if you reached out to make things right, I don’t care for it. I just hope the service gets better, since the food isn’t bad. By the way, my server was Nyaire, and if she doesn’t want a job, plenty of people need a job and would be more than willing to take her job.

It was my first time visiting a Cracker Barrel store. I was surprised that it wasn’t only a restaurant. There was quite a selection of items in the store. After browsing and picking up a couple of souvenirs, I went into the dining area. I liked the music and it was very clean.
The service was quick and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. I took advantage of a great deal to buy an extra dish to go.
Overall, great place for a meal with family or friends.

My waitress was not very attentive even though we were one of only about eight customers in the entire place at the time.
The breakfast we ordered was very good and served in hearty portions. I recommend the eggs with steak tips! My wife’s strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast was so good we didn’t even use any syrup.

Went into Cracker Barrel after years of not going. We were seated immediately, placed a drink order, it took 15 minutes to get coffee… we placed our food order and waited another 30 minutes and we still had no food. We asked our waitress about the wait time and we were told that online orders take precedent and we had to wait since the online order had already PAID! We left immediately and will never return.
