Fresh, hot , and great tasting. Best spot in the mall food court. Get there earlier though, they stop cooking usually 30 minutes before mall closes.

I would think twice of eating here! Just watch EVERY employee eating, texting, but worste of all, wiping their face with the same “sanitized” towel they are using to wipe the counters! YUK, not me! Sit at a table and watch before ordering.

We needed a quick lunch and decided to try this place. Money and time wasted. We both forced a couple of bites down and ended up just throwing it all away. The “vegetables” is actually just cabbage. They put no sauce on it, just some weird oil. So your food is just covered in oil. I feel sick already. Also, they definitely aren’t following health code with how they are using the same spatulas to touch raw meats. Place probably should be shut down.

Wait…I though Osaka was going to be really yummy. My husband and I went on Friday and the line was long but turns out that doesn’t mean the foods good. The employees were very nice obviously but the food was as bland as it comes. I had the chicken teriyaki and the sauce they pour over is flavorless oil.. not salty.. not sweet 🙁 my husband had the salmon which was cooked fine but overall this place totally broke my heart. We paid nearly 25$ for a meal where we took two bites and threw away. I wish I had better things to say but this was a no from me dog.

This place does not deserve a 1star at all. I was looking for a thumbs down -0 but no such luck. AWFUL FOOD!! Please don’t call your business Osaka because its a disgrace to authentic Japanese cooking. I ordered #4 chicken, shrimp, rice and vegetables and I couldn’t force myself to eat it. No taste, very bland, blah, blah and an embarrassment to the Japanese culinary industry. It’s supposed to be grilled or stir fried at least, but my food looked like it was just boiled. I’m a foodie lover and this place did not pass the test. Big time FAIL in my book! Needs a lot of improvement. I will never recommend this place. Change the name of your business to Viva la Tijuana!

I watched the guy cooking the meat cross contaminate the chicken multiple times. He’s cooking the meat, he takes the spatula and grabs a huge pile of raw chicken with them, puts it right next to the cooked meat, spreads the raw meat out and starts serving the cooked meat with the same spatula. Plus the food itself was not good. The sauce tastes like pure oil. Would not recommend!

There was not enough taste to what I got. It tasted plain. I paid for vegetables and all they got me was cabbage soaked in oils. The picture showed carrots and broccoli but I didn’t see ether of those. The rice was nicest part of it. I don’t think it’s worth the money.

GROSS GROSS GROSS! I had a dead fly cooked in my food stuck to my shrimp. Took it to the counter the worker insisted it wasn’t from them. But yet the fly was in the sauce. No customer service ever! So rude! Didn’t even offer to refund my money or say sorry NOTHING! But he was quick to take my plate from me and my receipt. So no one could see.

Eat here every week. Fresh & low priced. Not a big eater, so 1 combo feeds me & my 2 young boys. Cheaper then any fast food & so much more healthier. Simple delicious food. Employees always quick & w a smile.

Vegetarian platter consists of cabbage. That’s it. Mushrooms were EXTRA.. what?!? Chicken was very fatty and mostly gristle. It was hot off the grill which was nice but I won’t be coming back. Food was very sub par and the cooks and service didn’t seem to care.
