Not very happy with the way my sandwich was made.. very sloppy and the chicken salad wrap was horribly made with the wrong chicken. There’s a specially made chicken just for the wrap. And finally the person that was making my sandwich seemed not to know what she was doing. I should have left and never come back!!

Around 6 months ago I went with my family and asked for a sandwich with all the vegetables. That day the lady that was doing the sandwiches said: “are you going to eat that? It’s disgusting”. I thought it was rude and started avoiding that Subway inside the Walmart. Today I was there and decided to go for a sandwich thinking that the same person was not going to be there, but she was. I ordered three sandwiches for me and my family, and she said: “three sandwiches are too much for one person “, and I responded that they were not just for me, but also for my family. And she said: “I wasn’t talking about you I was talking about me, I am just one person and now I have to make three sandwiches by myself”. I said nothing and started to order, when I asked again to put all the vegetables in my sandwich, she rolled her eyes again, and asked me if I was going to eat“that”. The sandwiches were awfully wrapped, she was in a terrible mood, and as I could see, she is like that, it was not a bad day. I will never come back to that subway, that lady clearly hates to be there but this is not customer’s fault. Service and cleanliness are the worst it this place.

Please DO NOT order take out from this location! Or in fact, any other location that is owned by this franchise owner(probably all down Memorial Drive). They will never, ever get your order correct if you don’t stand there and tell them to stop putting things you didn’t ask for on your sandwich. It’s a waste of money at this point. I have a severe intolerance to dairy and yet, no matter if I take off all dairy items AND put it in the instructions, they simply don’t listen! It’s really not that hard to just read, I say that as an ex-employee of Subway. If they mess it up, you can 100% forget about getting your money back because the store can’t refund you and Subway online support is useless.
It seems to be a widespread issue through every store on Memorial Drive, so I’m beginning to think it’s not only the employees, but rather poor management and no training as well. There are a lot of other reasons not to eat at Subway(three words: sanitary/health issues), and I know that as an ex worker. Please just stick with other sub shops, for your sanity AND safety.

I went to eat at Walmart’s Subway today, and while we were eating, a couple with a dog arrived. The woman washed the dog’s water container in the soda machine, and it disgusted me.
