i came to the mall just for the food, and when i got there it was 6:59. i asked for a sub and the employee said “we cant do that anymore we stop doing it at 7:00” honestly ridiculous considering it wasnt even 7:00. and cleaning up the sub section an hour before close is bazar. will not be coming back

Although the food is tasty, smoothies are good and the owner is very nice. But a couple employees give really bad service. Especially the girl that works the morning shift, I thought she was having a bad day until I saw everyone talking bad about service. Definitely needs to be fired.

Ordered a mango banana smoothie today. There was no mango in it at all. Smoothie had no orange color in it at all. Tasted like straight banana, no taste of mango at all. Careless workers that do not care enough.

Every time we’re at the mall, the Frulatti smoothie is a must. The cherry and peach flavor, large sized is the way to go. It is fast and delicious and a nice treat to have while walking around and sharing with your partner while shopping. The staff is fast and friendly, and we never have a trip to the mall without stopping by and picking one up. Make sure you tip them when shopping… they appreciate it, and they earn it whipping it up fast and friendly for you!

I have had a great experience with Frullati Cafe. Not only do the smoothies taste amazing, but the customer service is excellent. I am very pleased with my experience and I plan on making a regular visit to this business. Frullati has a variety of fruits for me to choose from for my smoothie, and they also have dairy free options which is nice for somebody who is vegan. Their fruit cups are fresh, and their sandwich/panini selection is one of the healthiest options in the food court of the local mall. The employees made me feel very welcomed and I felt valued as a customer.

I come here a lot. Both times I have come in on weekends, someone has walked off with my smoothie, and then after waiting 10 mins I have to get back in line and ask where my smoothie is. They always look shocked. It might help to ask for a name on the smoothie. I will stick to the occasional visit because I know service on the weekend is atrocious. This is really sad because the smoothies are so good.

Wish the portions were bigger, and that more choices were available maybe a option to customize what you order. My panini was like 80% onion … Its Like the only vegetarian food in the southern park mall. So I am grateful my java smoothie was not anything like the one I got there years and years ago … It was like watered down chocolate milk . way to thin. way to much chocolate. and way to watery …

I have always enjoyed coming to this particular Frullati in the Southern Park Mall. The customer service is fantastic and they always have a smile on their face when interacting with their customers. I usually get the Turkey and pepper jack sandwich, I always try to get it on a croissant because they are delicious! I highly recommend going there, not only for their drinks but for their food as well! Top Notch!

I have been to this place twice and neither of the experiences have been good. If I was basing it off of taste of the food it could have four and a half to 5 Stars easily but since the taste of food isn’t enough for customers to return the two stars which are a stretch or for the customer service which in both cases have been horrible. I do believe that management needs to spend more time developing their staff on proper etiquette and good customer service. When we went the service was extremely slow it literally took almost 10 minutes for us to get a simple sandwich salad and a smoothie the second time we went which was yesterday the gold waiting on us got an attitude because she didn’t ask what size smoothie my boyfriend was getting and then some of the cup and got another one then I asked for a sandwich and she said the sandwich bar was closed which was confusing because it was 8:30 I didn’t see that clearly posted sign stating that the sandwich bar closes and 1/2 hour before the closing of this establishment please get them together because I would like to return to do business if I can have better customer service thank you in advance.
