Social Profile:

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. Weve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

Here’s a polished, warm, and natural version that still sounds like a real person and keeps your personality and details intact:

We walked in and it was crowded, but despite that we were seated right away by the manager, who was genuinely one of the sweetest people. Our waitress was just as wonderful and had perfect timing—checking in enough to make sure we were taken care of, but never hovering.

The menu was a little overwhelming in the best way because there were so many options and everything sounded amazing. We honestly wanted to try it all. We ended up ordering the corned beef hash, a cornata coffee, a green shake, the Bella Bella Benny, a lavender latte, and the sweet pea lemonade (apologies if I didn’t get all the names exactly right).

The corned beef hash was delicious—not overly salty like many tend to be, and not too spicy with poblano peppers either. The green shake was so good it was gone in seconds. The cornata coffee wasn’t quite my husband’s cup of tea, but that’s mostly because he forgets he’s not really a coffee person. The Bella Bella Benny was fantastic—the prosciutto was cooked perfectly and ended up almost like bacon, and the poached eggs were done just right. The only thing I wished for was a little more balsamic, but that’s just because I love balsamic.

The lavender latte was creamy and delicious. I ordered it with coconut milk, which added a nice extra touch in my opinion. It had a strong lavender flavor without being overpowering. The sweet pea lemonade was perfectly balanced—not too tart and not too sweet.

Overall, the food was amazing, and I really wish I had taken pictures so everyone could see how good it looked.

Now, onto the slightly unusual reason for my review—but an important one. I’ve lived around the world for the past 10 years, and American bathrooms often leave a lot to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. This bathroom, however, was hands down the cleanest and nicest bathroom I have ever seen in the United States. It literally sparkled. The water pressure was strong, but honestly, your hands were definitely clean. There were both paper towels and hand dryers, and the hand dryer actually worked. There were even tissues, which is unheard of—I didn’t have to use toilet paper to blow my nose. All of the bathrooms were all-gender, which was super inclusive and really appreciated.

All of that to say, this was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the food to the service to the little details, everything was outstanding!!!!!

We decided to order at the bar to skip the wait time during the Sunday brunch rush. Ladies behind the bar were all very nice & we were able to order drinks & food rather quickly. The OMG French toast was AMAZING!!! If you have a sweet tooth then it is a must try. My husband had the pancakes and he did say the texture was different but it was still delicious. Sides and drinks were also great.

Always a great meal–had the Sticky Toffee Pancakes & he had French toast, good service & their pancakes are SO fluffy. Added bonus that they have corn hole games outside to play if there is a short wait. Also, indoor outdoor sesting and s phenomenal bar menu–both cocktails & mocktails!!

We love this place for a good brunch menu. All the food I have tried has been great, but my favorite has to be the habanero pork belly breakfast fried rice! The staff is always very friendly and the rewards program is pretty good too. If you haven’t tried this place already, I would definitely recommend it. (sorry for the photo of a half eaten plate of food ‍♂️)

Tons of options and not a bad item on the menu. The pancake sampler (3) in particular was fantastic and the cinnamon roll one was absolutely delicious. Their sides are also really good. Many of them, like the hash browns, have great portions and can be shared or eaten as their own entree.

Stopped by here for the first time and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to sit down. They have an excellent environment to hang out in, both inside and outside.

There was a small wait period (15-20 minutes) so we waited outside and it was fun to have a game of cornhole to spend some time while waiting.
Ricardo was our waiter and he was very kind and fun, we got mimosas to start, bacon (because of national bacon day) and the pork fried rice, all super delicious. The ambience is similar to all the other snooze eateries, lounges and booths, a big TV playing the UT game and a long bar.
We will be coming back!

I Love this chain of upscale breakfast food, just wish it was open later! Everything I have had at a Snooze has been tasty. My waitress here had no problem adapting my order to my tastes. Service was prompt and friendly. The open architecture makes it a loud room.
