We had a quick dinner before we headed to Pigeon Forge. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. The place had a lot of seating and seemed like it was a slow night. On the downside, drink stations needed some cleaning, wet floor sign should have been removed and men’s restroom smelled really bad.

I stopped for breakfast this morning and was greeted by one of my favorites, Moe! She is always so pleasant, friendly and greets you with a smile. They have the best biscuits ang so glad they put their smoked sausage biscuit on the menu.

I’ve had lovely experiences here at this location. Moe is simply amazing and so kind. They go so far to make sure you’re taken care of. I lost my voice once from being terribly sick and they still were so kind and patient in taking my order and very understanding. Thank y’all so much for what you do!

The reason for giving 4 stars is because the Grease that our spicy chicken sandwich was fried in DESPERATELY NEEDS A OIL CHANGE IT’S BEYOND WHAT IT SHOULD BE! The chicken sandwich was delicious but the oil needs changed ASAP. The fries was hot n fresh the way I like them and the right amount of salt. And who ever made the sweet tea nailed it as well it was VERY good! The workers were very kind and helpful when we asked questions about certain combos and we appreciate you guys!!

I was given a Hardee’s gift card. We stopped at the 411 Maryville location on our way to work. They had about 8 to 10 employees working with only 1 cashier running the register. We waited about 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to take a mentally impaired customers order. The employees didn’t bother to help or open another register. I ordered a number 1 sandwich only and a chicken blt club sandwich only. Only 2 items. You would think with 8 employees it would be hard to mess up right? I received a chicken sandwich with only pickles on it! So angry! I did not have time to return it. The other sandwich was old and lukewarm. If you enjoy roulette and old food this location is for you. I will never go to this location again. I over paid for a disgusting sandwich that wasn’t even close to what I ordered and who puts pickles on a fried chicken sandwich!!! Check your order folks! Better yet completely avoid this trainwreck of a location.

05/25 drive through. Ordered a cheeseburger w/o ketchup, kids meal (no toy was given). Well I guess the cook thought they were funny by making up for the missing ketchup with mustard. I like mustard, but slathering it on both top and bottom buns was overkill and not needed!

Great Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich! The cinnamon rolls and hash rounds were also delicious. Moe was behind the counter and was super friendly! Appreciate good ole’ service with a smile!

I ordered 3 scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties. It came out with only 1 pattie and the eggs looked like only 1 egg. So I went back in and talked to the Lady manager. She argued with me over the egg amount and insisted that was 3 eggs. Then told me they only charged me for 1 sausage pattie. She gave me one but she was not happy but neither am I. Maybe it is Bidenomics or maybe the manager’s attitude but I will not be back as long as she is there. This has happened more than once.

I ordered a number 9 BLT meal in the middle of the afternoon and the chicken came out half cooked. I showed the staff and they said it would be 5 minutes for replacement and we waited 30 minutes before we had to go ask at the counter.
