Went into Dunkin donuts to get a hot coffee. The signs everywhere displayed only showed cold coffees and refreshers. Asked what type of hot coffees they had or if they had a menu that I could order from. Was told that they do not give menus for coffee. I then responded with. How do I know what flavors you have? I was told to look at the screen and order what’s on the screen which only showed cold coffees. Turned around and walked out without a purchase of coffee.

Mary & Shannon are both the best faces to see first thing in the morning! Always out going and ready for their day of serving out little community! This dunkin is by far my favorite the food is always perfect and the coffee is the best they always seem to get it just right! It’s busy most mornings but worth the stop because they tackle the drive through amazingly! Thanks for always serving the best possible!

Staff appeared to be working as hard as they could, but the restaurant was clearly under staffed…most likely under-paying workers. Outdoor landscaping was not visually appealing. Coffee was great, but took about 30 min. to get six boxes of coffee.

Horrible service didn’t know what they had in donut inventory asked for napkins with donuts double checked with girl and asked if she was sure she assured me they were in the bag. Only to find out no napkins and wrong donuts.

I always got to this location for my coffee but I sometimes have to ask for cream or extra milk cause they usually just hang me only 2 or 3 in an extra large coffee and it feels like employees are tired or unhappy to be working there ,before I use to get the original but it doesn’t taste like is fresh and it’s very watery so I started drinking the midnight at the Saint Lucie West location and it taste just like it should , only when I drive there though,so I went order it here and it tasted like the original conclusion it seamed like they use the coffee twice one they I went back and asked for a new coffee and it was the same thing .we need another coffee shop in here

smh dunkin’ continues to disappoint me. what goes through your head to serve this?! I asked for a plain bagel toasted with EXTRA cream cheese. STOP BEING LAZY AND DO YOUR JOB!!!! so disappointing to buy fast food to throw it in the garbage

Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was perfect this morning. The right amount of crisp and softness. Iced coffee was a little on the stronger side, and I prefer that. Has browns were mid, but the sandwich really hit the spot before a long drive home at 6 in the morning. Service was fast.
