Rude! Just made a complaint to the corporate office! I called dominoes and ordered food. They took an hour and hour just to make the food. I watched the tracker and it said they were just peeping the food for 40 minutes!!! The food arrives and the bacon on my pasta is uncooked and on my friends sandwich they placed a white sauce when in the noted it specifically says nothing but meat and bread! We call and it takes forever to get through and by this time we are upset. They put the manager on the phone, I assume that’s who she was because when I asked her name she didn’t answer. I asked about recording the call and she has an attitude and says don’t worry our calls are recorded! I continue to tell her what’s wrong with our food and she gets, accuses me of having an attitude, tells she is banning me from ever ordering at the dominoes again and rudely hangs up the phone in my face! I have never been treated this way! It is taking everything in me not to drive to this dominoes right now to confront her!

Back in 2020 there was a black female worker that worked at this Domino’s location. She was only there for a couple of months and every single time that I went into this place to order a pizza they were being incredibly rude to her. I believe she eventually quit or was fired because I haven’t seen her again after one night she had left and was crying. Pretty sure they were probably being racist to her. It’s not every day that you see a black female in Santa Maria pathetic that they felt they had to treat her any differently just because she looked different than them.

If I could give a no star, I would!! There’s nothing okay with sending zero effort food that cost over $50 to feed families that have hungry kids that were excited to have pizza for dinner. No standards on quality or customer service. Pizza came cold, hard and thin. Shame on them. AND, they won’t even take a phone call to take accountability.

I’m giving this a three stars only because the manager tried on the second time. I ordered a pizza half cheese, half pepperoni and pineapple. When it came to the house it had one side with pepperoni and the other side with somewhat pineapple. So I called. He sent out another pizza with a complimentary lava cake. When we open the pizza the same thing I called the manager back just to let him know and tell him to forget about it and just went to Little Caesars and got a cheese pizza for my kids. We had ordered three other different pizzas and the 30 some count of hot wings with some parmesan bread so it was a big order. They didn’t mess up anything else but I don’t understand what happened.

Wow. Ok so I love dominoes pizza. When I heard one was opening here I was afraid it was not going to compare to the ones I frequent. Boy was I wrong. Their food is hot. Fresh. And oh my goodness yummy. The staff is great. Very friendly too. I had one minor issue (missing a topping on my granddaughter’s pizza she needs her olives ) with one order and I called and spoke with a lady there and no hesitation she gave me credit to replace it. I love going to this dominoes.
