Oh my goodness!!! I was looking for a good salad place and found this eatery on Google. It was the best Customer Service. I want to say I have ever received!!! Starting from the manager Jenna who was super amazing and gave an awesome recommendation! Then there was Breckenridge, Riley and Max, they had superb customer service, friendliness, and altogether welcoming! Then Lane, Jordan Daisy, Xavier, Andreas everybody was so happy and welcoming.This is my 5th day coming and this will be my new place and location to come as I was looking for a place to pick up lunch three days out of the week. Please please if you’ve not tried out this place, go by there and you’ll be super amazed not only with the food but definitely the customer service is top-tier! it was so many other names that I wish I knew, but they were so so amazing, thank you guys a ton!

Food at Zupa’s is always delicious!
I think the whole team from tonight deserves a big kudos for their efforts during the dinner rush when I was there. The team was so nice the whole time all while dealing with a plethora of mobile orders, rude Doordash/Ubereats drivers, and the steady stream of people coming in to eat at the restaurant.
Daisy was exceptional as she handled the register and managed those coming in to pick up the mobile orders with grace.

I ordered a delivery through the Cafe Zupas app and service and it said it would come to my place in 34 minutes. After an hour, I tried to call them to figure out what went wrong. The number doesn’t allow you to talk to anyone. Horrible service. I will not be ordering a delivery from this place anytime soon. The order never came. I expect better communication and service. The Quickest way to lose customers, over promise and under deliver—or just don’t deliver at all and fail to communicate why.
UPDATE – so I eventually got a hold of them by calling and acting like I wanted to place another order. They proceeded to tell me my order was stolen by a door dash driver. I then asked for a refund and was promised such. Again, very disappointed that I had to call them for their issues. Lack of communication is generally poor service.

Some of the best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced! I could not understand why a few people were giving low stars as they spoke about how long the weight was. You have to realize that everyone is coming here and the lines are extremely long and yet these guys are still working super fast and with such great smiles and energy. This is my second review and I can honestly say that I’ve been here five days straight because I enjoy the food, but I love the workers! I almost know most of these guys by name just because they’re that great! Just in case you’re wondering, lol, Jenna, Lane, Riley, Breck, Honnie, Max, Jordan and Sarah! There were two additional people, but I could not remember their names, but I really want to show my appreciation as a customer, they were that impressive? Oh, and yeah, the food was yummy, lol

This holiday season we are having our kids write a positive review about their favorite restaurant. My 10 year old picked Zupas for the following reasons:
He loved a the honey bacon club. He also enjoys the chocolate covered strawberries with every meal. He also likes the tomato soup with orzo pasta.
This is a nice casual place to snag a bite with your kids after early out days from school.

they utilize what is referred to as a dark pattern on their drive trough order kiosk.
They automatically select a tip amount when you are going through the checkout process and it is extremely easy to press continue without realizing with no way to alter it after the fact.
Additionally I ordered the cauliflower soup as I normally do at any zupas, and for whatever reason this one was EXTREMELY watery not creamy at all and had a slightly rancid taste.

This place needs to get their crap together in that drive thru. I placed an order at 6:50 pm and was in the drive thru fast lane by 7:08. I just pulled away with my order at 7:44 pm. They aren’t parking cars around the corner that just placed their orders. The fast lane was so backed up that I had 3 cars come after I arrived and were able to order and zipper in front of me and get their orders before me. Why aren’t you pulling people around that didn’t have their orders ready but instead kept them at the window until their order was done? Mine sat on the counter for nearly 30 minutes and when I pulled around all 3 drive thru waiting spots were open. Such a waste of time. Be better guys. I won’t be placing another drive thru order online here.

Super friendly staff. Place is clean. I am bummed they don’t have gluten-free bread though. I love their chicken pesto. Some management recommendations for gluten-free bread that you could look into buying would be Udi’s or Mrs. Hewitt’s.
I know cross-contamination would be a worry, but for those of us that are not severely allergic, gluten-friendly sandwich options would be nice!
