Immediately once we walked in it SMELLED. I was waiting for a pickup order and saw someone who looked like a manager (collared shirt) use NO gloves when making another person’s order. They were handling meat as well. If I smelled and saw what was in this restaurant I would not have placed an online order. Do not order here without going in person first. Everything is cross contaminated, I got what looks like some onion or cilantro in my regular Mac and cheese.

Have never tried noodles and company and my husband and I decided to get it for dinner for us and our kids ! Was very delicious, was not disappointed at all. Service was great, food was excellent, I was satisfied and will be going again. The food was hot and they served us a ton. If you have never been I suggest you do go and give it a try. My kids were also very pleased and happy. It was pricey but we did get a lot of stuff and I think it was overall worth it. 5 stars ⭐️

Tragic
Got a pulled pork Mac and cheese. Three tiddly winks of pork, hardly any bacon, and the cheese was almost non existent. I had 3/4 or dry noodles. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend waste of money. Oh it was mid at best.

Idk if this the correct location, as I am not from around here, but an employee by the name of destiny was very rude and inconsiderate. Honestly I don’t even know how she was able to get hired? Very poor customer service skills, walks around like she’s better than the customers. Also I am someone who keeps up to date on news articles around here bc my grandmother lives around the Denver area and I think I’ve seen this girl on the news before for a road rage incident so I’m not even surprised. Crazy how noodles and company would hire such a person with probably the same attitude she had before she got into troubles with the law

This might be the best serviced Noodles and Company in the entire nation. Mandi has gone above and beyond all of the expectations of Noodles and Company.
Last night I came in and picked up a to go order for me and my wife as she was sick and wanted some chicken noodle soup. I also picked up some buffalo mac for myself.
When I got home I gave my wife the chicken noodle soup and tried to open up my buffalo mac. Low and behold the plastic was giving me hard time and sure enough my dinner ended up on the floor.
I was so disappointed!
Tonight I came in to see what I could do. Sure enough Mandi had excellent customer service skills in showing the Goodness Guarantee of Noodles and Company. I only wish the best for Mandi and I know she will take this company to new heights. Thank you Mandi for our delicious & hot Chicken Noodle soup, Buffalo Mac, and Penne Fresca Shrimp (Feta & Parmesan)!

Jennifer was our cashier, she waited patiently for us while we ordered chatted with us about our days with us. She was effortlessly kind and thoughtful! Even wrote a sweet message on our bag. Kindest person in there and really made the noodles experience! True customer service

The janitor (She looked about 60-70) chased me outside screaming and threatening to call the police for parking too close next to her car (I didn’t). At this point I didn’t feel safe eating the food I paid for and management REFUSED to do anything about their employee’s behavior. 0/10 you should avoid this location like the plague for your own safety until management addresses this.
